Endometriosis is a painful disorder of the uterus affecting 6-10% of women of childbearing age. Endometriosis affects daily activities, social relationships, sexuality and sexual activity, and mental health. This study will evaluate how well elagolix in combination with combined oral contraceptives (COC) works within the body and/or how safe it is compared to placebo (does not contain treatment drug). This study will assess the dysmenorrhea (painful periods) response in participants with endometriosis and associated pain. Elagolix is an approved drug for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis. Participants are randomly put in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 3 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Adult female participants who still have periods with a diagnosis of endometriosis will be enrolled. Around 800 participants will be enrolled in the study at multiple sites in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral elagolix or placebo tablets in combination with combined oral contraceptive (COC) or placebo capsules for 3 months. All the participants will receive elagolix tablets in combination with COC tablets from Month 4 through Month 18. There will be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis [Tdap]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (primary endpoint). Study details include: The study duration will be up to 36 weeks (for participants not entering the LTS17367 [RIVER-AD]). The screening period will be 2 to 4 weeks. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) consists of deficits in social, communication, and cognitive development, repetitive and stereotypic behaviors. Many ASD patients show notably high levels of irritability, including verbal and physical aggression, self injury, and/or property destruction. Autistic infants tend to avoid eye contact and show little interest in others. This study will assess how safe and effective cariprazine is in treating pediatric participants (5 to 17 years of age) with ASD. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Cariprazine is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of irritability due to ASD. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given cariprazine and who will be given placebo (does not contain treatment drug). Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Approximately 152 participants diagnosed with ASD will be enrolled in approximately 50 sites globally. Participants will receive oral capsules or oral solution of cariprazine or placebo once daily for 8-weeks and will undergo a 12-week safety follow-up period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a single group, Phase 2, long-term extension study for treatment. The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and efficacy of amlitelimab in treated adult participants with moderate to severe AD who have previously been enrolled in an amlitelimab clinical trial. Visits during the on-treatment period will be at Week 0, 1, 2, 4 and every 4 weeks (Q4W) thereafter. If remote visits are considered appropriate for participants instead of clinic visits at the timepoints indicated in the schedule of activities (SoA) participants/caregivers/legally authorized representatives (LAR) are allowed to perform participant-injections at home according to the schedule of dosing.
