The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug CIN-102 (deudomperidone) can help reduce the symptoms associated with diabetic gastroparesis in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-102 on symptoms of gastroparesis when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-102 when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo Participants will go through the following schedule: Screening period (1-2 visits) Lead-in period (1 visit) Will complete a Gastric Emptying Breath Test (GEBT) Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued study participation 12-week treatment period (5 visits) Study drug taken twice daily by mouth Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in protocol 1 week follow-up (1 visit) Researchers will compare the effects of the following treatments: Drug- CIN-102 Dose 1 Drug- CIN-102 Dose 2 Drug- Placebo Read Less

Hot flashes and night sweats (also known as vasomotor symptoms or VMS) are the most common symptoms which bother women in menopause. This study will follow women going through menopause who have hot flashes and night sweats that cause them bother. They will be starting a non-hormonal therapy prescribed by their healthcare provider (HCP) to treat these symptoms. The women will visit their HCP's office, research center, or both. They will receive prescriptions for the non-hormonal therapy from their HCP for up to 1 year. This real-world study will provide information on outcomes from various non-hormonal therapies. The study sponsor (Astellas) will not decide which therapy the women receive. However, the sponsor will provide instructions on when the women visit their clinic, and what is recorded during the study. Some of the visits will be in-person, but most will be virtual. The virtual visits can be carried out at home using a smartphone, tablet or computer. The main aim of the study is to check if the hot flashes and night sweats that bother women change after 12 weeks (3 months) of treatment. The study will also check the women's sleep patterns, their productivity at work, and their general well-being before and after starting treatment. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine ritlecitinib for the possible treatment of nonsegmental vitiligo. Vitiligo causes white patches on your skin when the cells that give your skin color are destroyed. Nonsegmental means that it can affect both sides of the body such as both knees and both hands. Ritlecitinib has been tested in earlier clinical studies and has a favorable safety profile. At present there are no approved medications taken by mouth to treat nonsegmental vitiligo. This study is seeking participants who: Are 18 years of age or older. are confirmed to have nonsegmental vitiligo for at least 3 months. Are willing to stop all other treatments that they may be taking for vitiligo. In this study participants will be chosen by chance, like drawing names out of a hat to receive 1 of 3 treatments: •Part I where two different amounts of ritlecitinib (50 mg and 100 mg) are taken once daily. It will be compared to placebo. Placebo is a dummy capsule. It doesn't have any medicine used in the study. Participants receiving placebo who have not responded to treatment after 52 weeks will be given 100 milligrams or 50 milligrams of ritlecitinib for the remaining 52 weeks of the study. • In Part II, participants will only receive 100 milligrams of ritlecitinib. About 1000 participants will take part in Part I and around 450 in Part II globally. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving ritlecitinib to those of the people who do not. This will help see if ritlecitinib is safe and effective. People in Part I will be in this study for about 26 months and people in Part II will be in this study for about 14 months. During the study, participants in part I will need to visit the study site at least 17 times. In part II, participants will visit at least 11 times. Participants will undergo various tests and procedures such as: vitiligo rating, physical examinations, hearing tests, blood tests, x-ray, ECG, photographs of areas with vitiligo. This is a Phase 2/3 study that comprises 5 substudies designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of oral etrasimod as therapy in adult participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who are refractory or intolerant to at least 1 of the current therapies for CD (ie, corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics). Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) consists of deficits in social, communication, and cognitive development, repetitive and stereotypic behaviors. Many ASD patients show notably high levels of irritability, including verbal and physical aggression, self injury, and/or property destruction. Autistic infants tend to avoid eye contact and show little interest in others. This study will assess how safe and effective cariprazine is in treating pediatric participants (5 to 17 years of age) with ASD. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Cariprazine is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of irritability due to ASD. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given cariprazine and who will be given placebo (does not contain treatment drug). Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Approximately 152 participants diagnosed with ASD will be enrolled in approximately 40 sites globally. Participants will receive oral capsules or oral solution of cariprazine or placebo once daily for 8-weeks and will undergo a 4-week safety follow-up period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
