This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of VDPHL01 in male subjects with Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA). AGA (or male pattern baldness) is a genetic disorder caused by an excessive (too much) hair follicle response to androgens (hormone) that causes hair loss. VDPHL01 8.5 mg Tablet is an investigational oral drug to treat male pattern baldness. This multi-center, double blind, study will last about 13 months and includes 11 study visits (screening, baseline (day 1), week 2, month 1, month 2, month 4, month 6, month 8, month 10, month 12, month 13). The first 7 visits will be part of the placebo-controlled period. The next 3 visits will be part of the treatment extension phase. The goal of the ATX101-TKA-004 clinical trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ATX101 1,500 mg in participants undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty. The study will compare the effectiveness of ATX101 with a saline placebo and bupivacaine, an active comparator. Additionally, it will assess opioid consumption among participants receiving ATX101 versus those given the saline placebo and bupivacaine. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating RA when compared to adalimumab in adult participants with inadequate response or intolerance to one TNF-inhibitor who are on a stable dose of methotrexate (MTX). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of RA. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given adalimumab. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms randomly, to receive either upadacitinib or adalimumab. There is 1 in 2 chance that participants will receive adalimumab. Each group consists of 2 periods. Approximately 480 participants diagnosed with RA will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive the oral upadacitinib once daily and matching adalimumab placebo every other week, or the subcutaneous adalimumab every other week and matching upadacitinib placebo once daily during Period 1. Eligible participants will continue to receive same study treatment in Period 2 as assigned in Period 1 and will be followed for 30 days and 70 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a Phase 2a/b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, 6-arm study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlitelimab in adult participants with non-responsive celiac disease (NRCD) who are on a gluten free diet (GFD) with and without simulated inadvertent gluten exposure (SIGE). The primary purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) amlitelimab in male and female participants (aged 18 to 75 years, inclusive) with NRCD. The study will assess the effect of amlitelimab when compared to placebo on gluten induced changes in the intestinal mucosa as measured by the villous height to crypt depth (Vh:Cd) ratio. The effect of amlitelimab on participant-reported celiac signs and symptoms along with the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of amlitelimab will also be studied. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 48 weeks (including a 16-week safety follow-up period) with 10 visits for participants who opt not to enter the optional long-term extension. The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered.
