The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of retatrutide in participants who have obesity or overweight (J1I-MC-GZBJ master protocol) including subsets of participants who have knee osteoarthritis (OA) (J1I-MC-GOA1) or who have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) (J1I-MC-GSA1). This study will last about 89 weeks and will include up to 24 visits.

The objective of this study is to assess the effect Spinal Cord Stimulators have toward improving vascular changes of diabetes mellitus in patients eligible for SCS placement based on their condition of painful diabetic neuropathy; we will evaluate improving their disability and quality of life, improving micro-circulatory changes induced by Diabetes Mellitus (DM), improving macro-circulatory changes induced by DM and improving arterial stiffness of the vessels of the lower extremity.

Duloxetine RCT on Postop TKA Outcomes

The aim of this study is to determine if duloxetine is associated with differences in post-operative pain, patient-reported outcome measures, and opioid consumption in patients undergoing primary total knee arthroplasty compared to patients who do not receive the medication. If so, duloxetine has the potential to become widely incorporated into the multi-modal analgesic regimen given to patients following knee replacements.
