The study is a global, multi-center safety and efficacy trial of epcoritamab, an antibody also known as EPKINLY™ and GEN3013 (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20). Epcoritamab will either be studied as: Monotherapy, or Combination therapy: epcoritamab + venetoclax epcoritamab + lenalidomide epcoritamab + R-CHOP (i.e., rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine and prednisone). The study includes patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (R/R CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and patients with Richter's Syndrome (RS). Study participants with R/R CLL/SLL are treated either with epcoritamab as monotherapy or epcoritamab + venetoclax. Study participants with RS are treated either with epcoritamab as monotherapy or epcoritamab + lenalidomide or epcoritamab + R-CHOP. The trial consists of two parts, a dose-escalation phase (phase Ib) and an expansion phase (phase II). Patients with RS are only included in the expansion phase. Read Less

This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors identify conditions that increase the likelihood of AYAs getting sick and dying after treatment of cancer and better understand how to address the needs of adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL. The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL, followed by a Phase 2 part to further assess the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 monotherapy treatment at the recommended dose. A separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent ibrutinib. Another separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent venetoclax. This clinical trial is studying the safety and potential anti-tumor activity of an investigational drug called ARV-393 in patients diagnosed with advanced Relapsed/Refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma to determine if ARV-393 may be a possible treatment option. ARV-393 is thought to work by breaking down a protein present in many types of non-Hodgkins lymphomas, which may prevent, slow or stop tumor growth. This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug, when used in combination with chemotherapy. The study is focused on patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that have not been treated before (called "previously untreated"), have come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or have not responded to treatment (called "refractory"). This study will be made up of Part 1a, Part 1b, and Part 2.The aim of Part 1a and Part 1b of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab and chemotherapy, the current standard of care treatment approved for Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. This study will include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Multiple Myeloma (MM). MM is a type of cancer of the blood. This study will also include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). DLBCL is also a type of cancer of the blood. They are referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after treatment and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. The study has 2 main parts, called phase 1 and phase 1b. The main objective of both parts will be to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug, called EZM0414. The main objective of phase 1b will also be to determine the effectiveness of EZM0414. During phase 1 six dose levels will be tested to obtain the most tolerated dose. Participants will receive study drug at the assigned dose level every 28 days. During phase 1b participants will receive study drug at the maximum tolerated dose in 28-day cycles. Read Less
