This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors identify conditions that increase the likelihood of AYAs getting sick and dying after treatment of cancer and better understand how to address the needs of adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1160 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor or liquid cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This Phase 1/2 study will have two parts. Part A of the study will find out how much and how frequently PRO1160 should be given to participants. Part B will use the dose and schedule found in Part A to find out how safe PRO1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. The diseases under study will be Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC),Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). Read Less

This is a phase 1 study of FT522 administered with rituximab in participants with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma (R/R BCL). The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of FT522 in combination with rituximab, and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of FT522 in combination with rituximab; each objective will be assessed with or without conditioning chemotherapy. The purpose of this study is to see if Isatuximab can alter the immune system in patients with multiple myeloma or lymphoma upon recovery from the autologous stem cell transplantation. The investigators will see if Isatuximab makes changes to the immune system so that upon recovery from the transplant, the immune system can fight the cancer. This study will have two arms. On one arm (control arm), participants will receive standard transplant procedures and on the other arm (experimental arm), participants will receive Isatuximab in addition to the standard transplant procedures. The assignment to these arms is done randomly (determined by chance, like flipping a coin) by a computer. Each participant will have about 66% chance of getting on the experimental arm and about 33% chance of getting on the control arm. Read Less

This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis. This phase II trial studies how well polatuzumab vedotin and combination chemotherapy work in treating patients with previously untreated double, triple hit lymphoma, Double Expressor Lymphoma or High-Grade B Cell Lymphoma. Polatuzumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody that works by binding with cancer cells and releasing another chemotherapy drug, called monomethyl auristatin E, into the cell causing the cancer cells to die or stop growing. Chemotherapy drugs, such as rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving polatuzumab vedotin with combination chemotherapy may work better in treating patients with double or triple hit lymphoma compared to combination chemotherapy alone. Read Less

This phase Ib/II trial is aimed at studying the combination of a drug named Selinexor (selective inhibitor of nuclear export) in combination with standard therapy for B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma called R-CHOP. The investigators will establish maximum tolerated dose of Selinexor in combination with RCHOP and also study the efficacy of this combination for therapy of B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Giving Selinexor plus chemotherapy may work better in treating patients with B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Read Less
