Subjects with relapsed large cell lymphoma will receive 3 cycles of combination therapy consisting of GDP and epcoritamab. Each cycle will last 21 days. GDP consists of gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2 IV on Days 1 and 8, cisplatin 75 mg/m2 IV on Day 1, and dexamethasone 40 mg orally on Days 1 through 4. Epcoritamab will be administered subcutaneously (SC) on Days 1, 8, and 15. Patients will receive granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) between Day 8 through Day 10 of each cycle of combination therapy. Patients will then undergo radiology imaging for disease assessment. Patients may proceed to SCT(autologous or allogeneic) or CAR T-cell therapy or epcoritamab monotherapy upon completion of Cycle 3 per investigator discretion. The rationale for subjects not proceeding to autoSCT or CAR T-cell therapy will be captured in the eCRFs. Patients who do not undergo SCT or CAR T-cell therapy may have the option to receive study treatment with epcoritamab monotherapy following completion of Cycle 3. Epcoritamab monotherapy will be offered to selected subjects who become ineligible to undergo SCT or CAR T-cell therapy (such as social situation, change in subject decision). The decision to offer epcoritamab monotherapy will be per investigator's discretion. However, subjects must have demonstrated a response to the combination therapy (partial remission or complete remission) per disease assessment scans prior to offering epcoritamab monotherapy. Epcoritamab monotherapy should begin 2 weeks following Cycle 3 Day 15. Monotherapy will consist of epcoritamab 48 mg administered subcutaneously on Days 1 and 15 of each 28 day cycle for Cycle 4 to Cycle 9 or until unacceptable toxicity, or disease progression per the Lugano Criteria. This phase II trial studies how well polatuzumab vedotin and combination chemotherapy work in treating patients with previously untreated double, triple hit lymphoma, Double Expressor Lymphoma or High-Grade B Cell Lymphoma. Polatuzumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody that works by binding with cancer cells and releasing another chemotherapy drug, called monomethyl auristatin E, into the cell causing the cancer cells to die or stop growing. Chemotherapy drugs, such as rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving polatuzumab vedotin with combination chemotherapy may work better in treating patients with double or triple hit lymphoma compared to combination chemotherapy alone. Read Less

This phase Ib/II trial is aimed at studying the combination of a drug named Selinexor (selective inhibitor of nuclear export) in combination with standard therapy for B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma called R-CHOP. The investigators will establish maximum tolerated dose of Selinexor in combination with RCHOP and also study the efficacy of this combination for therapy of B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This is a phase 1 study of FT522 administered with rituximab in participants with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma (R/R BCL). The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of FT522 in combination with rituximab, and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of FT522 in combination with rituximab; each objective will be assessed with or without conditioning chemotherapy. Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1160 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor or liquid cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This Phase 1/2 study will have two parts. Part A of the study will find out how much and how frequently PRO1160 should be given to participants. Part B will use the dose and schedule found in Part A to find out how safe PRO1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. This study will include patients with mature T-cell lymphoma (MTCL) that has been treated with at least one type of chemotherapy, but is not responding or coming back after the previous treatment. This clinical trial uses a drug called Brentuximab Vedotin. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Brentuximab Vedotin for sale in the United States for certain diseases. Brentuximab is still being studied in clinical trials like this one to learn more about what its side effects are and whether or not it is effective in the disease or condition being studied. Brentuximab Vedotin is a type of drug called an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). ADCs usually have 2 parts; a part that targets cancer cells (the antibody) and a cell killing part (the chemotherapy). Antibodies are proteins that are part of your immune system. They can stick to and attack specific targets on cells. The antibody part of Brentuximab Vedotin sticks to a target called CD30. CD30 is an important molecule on some cancer cells (including non Hodgkin lymphoma) and some normal cells of the immune system. The cell killing part of Brentuximab Vedotin is a chemotherapy called monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It can kill cells that the antibody part of Brentuximab Vedotin sticks to. Brentuximab Vedotin has also been shown to kill cancer cells with levels of CD30 that cannot be seen by traditional methods. This study is being done to test if the study drug has an effect on Mature T cell Lymphoma with such low levels of a target called CD30 and how your disease respond to the study drug. Read Less

AB-101 is an off-the shelf, allogeneic cell product made of "natural killer" cells, also called NK cells. White blood cells are part of the immune system and NK cells are a type of white blood cell that are known to kill cancer cells. This clinical trial will enroll patients with relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma of B-cell origin and is conducted in two phases. The primary objectives of Phase 1 are as follows: 1) to evaluate the safety of AB-101 given alone or in combination with rituximab (including the DLBCL specific cohort) or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab; 2) to evaluate the potential clinical activity of AB-101 when given in combination with rituximab or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab (combination cohorts only); and 3) to identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). The primary objective of Phase 2 is to determine whether AB-101 in combination with rituximab or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab has anti-cancer activity in patients. Patients will be assigned to receive either AB-101 alone as monotherapy, in combination with rituximab (including DLBCL specific cohort) or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab. All patients will receive at least 1 treatment cycle of AB-101, followed by scheduled assessments of overall health and tumor response. Patients receiving AB-101 in combination with rituximab may receive up to 3 additional cycles of treatment.
