The purpose of the study is to look at how various tablets of a study medicine called vepdegestrant are processed in the body. This will be studied in healthy adult participants after food. This study looks at how the medicine is changed and removed from the body after a participant takes it. This study is seeking for participant who: are healthy males, and healthy females who do not have the possibility to have children. are 18 years of age or older. weigh more than 45 Kilograms (99 pounds). The study consists of 3 treatments. Each participant will be assigned by chance to receive the 3 treatments in a certain sequence. This will be done over 3 study periods. Each treatment consists of a single amount of vepdegestrant taken by mouth in each study period. There will be a washout period between each study periods. The washout period is the time allowed for the medicine to get washed out from the body. How the medicine was processed will be calculated following each dose in each period. This is a cross-over, Phase 1, 4-arm study. The purpose of this study is to measure the relative bioavailability and food effect of crystalline formulation rilzabrutinib and amorphous formulation rilzabrutinib in healthy male and female participants aged 18 to 55 years of age. The total study duration per participant is expected to be up to 36 days, including: Screening: up to 4 weeks Treatment periods: once successfully screened, enrolled participants will be randomized to 1 of 4 treatment sequences with 4 single dose treatment periods. Washout: One day washout is planned after each treatment period hence providing 2 days between doses. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called Lorlatinib) in health participants. This study is seeking participants who: Must be male or female of 18 to 75 years of age, inclusive at the time of the study. Are willing and able to comply with all scheduled visits, treatment plan, and other study procedures. Have a BMI (body mass index) of 17.5 to 40 kg/m2; and a total body weight >50 kg (110 lb). Are capable of giving signed informed consent document. All participants in this study will receive Lorlatinib. Participants will be placed into 1 of 3 cohorts based on their hepatic (liver) function. Participants will take Lorlatinib once by mouth. We will examine the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help us determine if the study medicine is safe and effective. Mobile food markets have been proposed as a strategy for mitigating health disparities related to poor nutrition and diet/weight-related health conditions because they bring low-cost, healthy food directly to underserved populations. Full-service mobile markets may improve multiple aspects of the diet by providing foods to meet all dietary needs through a convenient one-stop shop. The full-service mobile market to be tested (Twin Cities Mobile Market) sells nutritious and staple foods from a bus that regularly visits low-income neighborhoods. Foods are sold at prices ~10% below those of grocery stores. SNAP/EBT is accepted, and a state-funded fruit/vegetable incentive program (Market Bucks) is available to shoppers. Working in partnership with our community team members, we will enroll 12 total sites and recruit 22 participants per site (N=264). We will collect baseline data and randomize sites to either receive the full-service mobile market intervention or serve as the waitlist control. We will then implement the full-service mobile market at intervention sites, follow participants for 6 months, and collect follow-up data. After follow-up data collection, waitlist control sites will receive the full-service mobile market intervention. Diet quality will be assessed through dietary recall interviews, food insecurity will be assessed by survey, and fruit and vegetable purchases will be measured by collecting one month of food purchase tracking forms at baseline and follow-up data collection. Analyses will determine whether the full-service mobile market changes diet quality, food security, and food purchasing outcomes. Read Less

The distinct characteristic of the iCaRe2 is its geographical coverage, with a significant percentage of small and rural hospitals and cancer centers. The iCaRe2 advances comprehensive studies of risk factors of cancer development and progression and enables the design of novel strategies for prevention, screening, early detection and personalized treatment of cancer. Centers with expertise in cancer epidemiology, genetics, biology, early detection, and patient care can collaborate by using the iCaRe2 as a platform for cohort and population studies. Read Less

The main question[s] it aims to answer are: Is basal and nutrient responsive adipose tissue blood flow (ATBF) different between younger and older adults What molecular and systemic signatures related to adipose tissue blood flow are altered between these two groups. Participants will undergo measurements of adipose tissue blood flow using the xenon washout technique, undergo 2 abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissue biopsies, and drink a sugary drink. Read Less
