A Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab With or Without Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK- 2870) in Adult Participants With Resectable Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Not Achieving Pathological Complete Response (pCR) (MK-2870-019)
Recruiting
This study will assess if adding sacituzumab tirumotecan with pembrolizumab after surgery is effective in treating NSCLC for participants not achieving pathological complete response. The primary hypothesis of this study is sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab monotherapy with respect to disease free survival (DFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR).

Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) in Post Platinum and Post Immunotherapy Endometrial Cancer (MK-2870-005)
Recruiting
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with endometrial cancer (EC) who have previously received treatment with platinum based therapy (a type of chemotherapy) and immunotherapy. Immunotherapy is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. This clinical study will compare sacituzumab tirumotecan to chemotherapy. The goal of the study is to learn if people who receive sacituzumab tirumotecan live longer overall and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who r... Read More

A Study of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT, MK-2870) as Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (MK-2870-011/TroFuse-011)
Recruiting
Researchers want to know if sacituzumab tirumotecan given alone or with pembrolizumab can treat triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). The main goal of this study is to learn if people treated with sacituzumab tirumotecan alone or with pembrolizumab live longer overall or without the cancer growing or spreading compared to people treated with chemotherapy.

Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) in Combination With Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab Alone in Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Programmed Cell Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1) Tumor Proportion Score (TPS) ≥ 50% (MK-2870-007)
Recruiting
The primary objective of the study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan combined with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone with respect to overall survival (OS). The primary hypothesis is that the combination of sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab alone with respect to OS. All participants who have completed the first course of pembrolizumab may be eligible for up to an additional 9 cycles of pembrolizumab monotherapy if there is blinded independent central r... Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of belzutifan (MK-6482) plus fulvestrant compared to everolimus plus endocrine therapy (ET) (investigator's choice of fulvestrant or exemestane) in adults with estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (ER+/HER2-) unresectable metastatic breast cancer. There is no formal hypothesis testing in this study.

A Phase 2a/b Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Subcutaneous Amlitelimab in Adults With Nonresponsive Celiac Disease
Recruiting
This is a Phase 2a/b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, 6-arm study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlitelimab in adult participants with non-responsive celiac disease (NRCD) who are on a gluten free diet (GFD) with and without simulated inadvertent gluten exposure (SIGE). The primary purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) amlitelimab in male and female participants (aged 18 to 75 years, inclusive) with NRCD. The study will... Recruiting
This study is open to adults 18 years and older with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. People can join the study if they have tumours with HER2 mutations and have not yet received any systemic therapy including chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called zongertinib (BI 1810631) can slow down the worsening of advanced non-small cell lung cancer better than the standard treatment available. A Study to Compare Standard Therapy to Treat Hodgkin Lymphoma to the Use of Two Drugs, Brentuximab Vedotin and Nivolumab
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of adding immunotherapy (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) to standard treatment (chemotherapy with or without radiation) to the standard treatment alone in improving survival in patients with stage I and II classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is made of a monoclonal antibody called brentuximab that is linked to a cytotoxic agent called vedotin. Recruiting
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. Therapies spread over the skin may not be enough to control the AD in trial participants who require systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. This study aims to provide data on the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib at different doses in adult participants with moderate to severe AD. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). This stud... Read More

Thoracotomy Versus Thoracoscopic Management of Pulmonary Metastases in Patients With Osteosarcoma
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of open thoracic surgery (thoracotomy) to thoracoscopic surgery (video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery or VATS) in treating patients with osteosarcoma that has spread to the lung (pulmonary metastases). Open thoracic surgery is a type of surgery done through a single larger incision (like a large cut) that goes between the ribs, opens up the chest, and removes the cancer. Thoracoscopy is a type of chest surgery where the doctor makes several small incision... Read More

Inotuzumab Ozogamicin in Treating Younger Patients With B-Lymphoblastic Lymphoma or Relapsed or Refractory CD22 Positive B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with B-lymphoblastic lymphoma or CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. Inotuzumab attaches to CD22 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers ozogamicin to kill them.
