This phase III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy to immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) versus immunotherapy alone in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase II/III trial compares the effect of immunotherapy with atezolizumab in combination with standard chemotherapy with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide versus standard therapy alone for the treatment of poorly differentiated extrapulmonary (originated outside the lung) neuroendocrine cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). The other aim of this trial is to compare using atezolizumab just at the beginning of treatment versus continuing it beyond the initial treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cisplatin and carboplatin are in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds that work by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair, and it may kill cancer cells. Giving atezolizumab in combination with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide may work better in treating patients with poorly differentiated extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer compared to standard therapy with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide alone. This phase II/III trial compares the effect of adding radiation therapy to the usual maintenance therapy with atezolizumab versus atezolizumab alone in patients who have already received atezolizumab plus chemotherapy for the treatment of small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lung or to other parts of the body (extensive stage). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving radiation therapy in addition to atezolizumab may extend the time without extensive small cell lung cancer growing or spreading compared to atezolizumab alone. Read Less

This phase II/III trial studies how well radiation therapy works when given together with cisplatin, docetaxel, cetuximab, and/or atezolizumab after surgery in treating patients with high-risk stage III-IV head and neck cancer the begins in the thin, flat cells (squamous cell). Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin and docetaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Cetuximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The purpose of this study is to find out what causes kidney disease in people with CF. The investigators will study biomarkers in the blood and urine that can either predict who is at risk or detect kidney damage early before it becomes permanent. The study will compare these markers in people with CF over time and during the treatment of lung flare-ups. It will also compare the blood and urine samples obtained from people without CF. The comparison aims to better understand the impact of cystic fibrosis and its treatment on the kidneys, as well as to develop improved methods for preventing, diagnosing, and treating kidney issues associated with CF. Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and often painful inflammatory skin disease which includes the forming of lumps, abscesses and scars in areas of the skin such as under the breasts, under armpits, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. This study will compare lutikizumab versus placebo for the treatment of adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS . Lutikizumab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS. During Period 1 of the study, participants will placed in 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 1280 adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS will be enrolled in the study at approximately 275 sites world wide. During Period 2, participants that were part of the lutikizumab treatment arm in Period 1 will be re-randomized to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. Participants that were part of the Placebo arm in Period 1 will start Period 2 with an initiation of lutikizumab followed by a re-randomization to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. In Period 1, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab or placebo every week for 16 weeks. In Period 2, participants that were randomized to lutikizumab in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week or every other week for 36-weeks. Participants that were randomized to the placebo arm in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week for 16 weeks, then either every week or every other week for 20 weeks There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The main purpose of the study is to understand how safe and tolerable is elranatamab when given along with iberdomide. There are 2 parts to this study. Part 1 will look at how safe and tolerable is elranatamab when given with iberdomide. Part 2 will look at the correct amount of this combination that can be given to patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Myeloma is a type of cancer that begins in plasma cells (white blood cells that produce antibodies). Refractory means a disease or condition that does not respond to treatment. Relapsed means the return of a disease after a period of improvement. All study medicines are given in cycles that last 28 days. Everyone taking part in this study will receive elranatamab as a shot under the skin. Iberdomide will be taken by mouth once a day for 21 days over a 28-day cycle. Participants will receive study medicine until: * their disease progresses or, * they experience unacceptable side effects or, * they choose to no longer take part in the study. The objective of the RHAPSODY study is to evaluate the performance of new software features in subjects undergoing standard of care catheter-based endocardial mapping for atrial or ventricular tachyarrhythmias using a commercial Rhythmia Mapping System. This study is researching a combination of 2 experimental drugs, referred to as "study drugs", called odronextamab (also known as REGN1979) and cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810). The study is focused on patients who have relapse/refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drugs are, and to define the recommended dose regimen for the combination with odronextamab.
