The goal of this study is to find out if the experimental product, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) in combination with pembrolizumab given after surgery, is effective and safe compared to the treatment of physician's choice (TPC) which includes either pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine in participants with triple negative breast cancer that still remains after surgery and pre-surgical treatment. The goal of this clinical trial is to develop an effective internet-delivered program to help breast cancer survivors manage cancer-related sexual concerns. This study is being done to find out if the study approach is better or worse than the usual approach to helping breast cancer survivors manage cancer-related sexual concerns. The usual approach is defined as care most cancer survivors get for their cancer-related sexual concerns. Participants will complete a questionnaire and if they qualify, they will be assigned to one of sixteen groups of participants. Groups will get access to various kinds of help through an Internet-delivered program called SHINE, which was designed and is run by researchers at the University of Virginia Center for Behavioral Health and Technology. All groups will get access to education about sexual health after cancer: either a standard education website or an enhanced education web program. Groups may also receive up to three additional web programs on: talking to your clinicians about sexual concerns, and/or talking to your partner about sexual concerns, and/or increasing intimacy. Participants are asked to complete the SHINE program within 12 weeks. After participants finish this 12-week period, the study team will ask them to complete a questionnaire to check in with the participant. The purpose of this study to see how the brain absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of tucatinib in people who have HER2+ cancers (breast cancer, NSCLC, CRC, or GEC) that have spread to the brain, and to learn more about how cancer cells develop resistance to treatment. The researchers will do research tests to look for genetic differences between HER2+ breast cancer that has spread to the brain and progressed during treatment with tucatinib and cancers that are being treated with tucatinib for the first time. The purpose of this study is to look at how differences in cognitive (mental) function develop over time in breast cancer survivors compared to volunteers without a history of cancer (healthy volunteers). Both cancer survivors and healthy volunteers (who are the same age as the cancer survivors) will participate in this study so the researchers can compare the results of neurocognitive testing (which looks at memory, attention, and information processing) on each group of participants. The purpose of this study to find out whether an intensive approach to treating high blood pressure during breast cancer treatment is safe and more effective than standard blood pressure treatment at lowering blood pressure levels and the risk of cardiotoxicity in patients with cancer. Other studies have shown lowering blood pressure improves the health of patients. However, these studies have not included people with cancer. This is a pilot study to evaluate the effects of azeliragon to decrease cardiac toxicity from chemotherapy and the safety of azelirgaon when given with chemotherapy. The Investigators hypothesize that there will be no significant interaction with Azeliragon and chemotherapy and that targeting the RAGE pathway will decrease anthracycline related cardiotoxicity and chemotherapy related cognitive decline. This trial will recruit young adult female relatives (YARs) of male or female carriers of BRCA1/2. YARs who consent to participate will be randomized to either a 3-session peer coach-led telephone counseling intervention or usual care navigation to peer support interventions provided by community organizations that support the hereditary cancer community. Study aims are to 1) Assess intervention effects on distress and decision making outcomes, including uptake of counseling for untested YARs, 2) Identify YARs most likely to engage with and benefit from the intervention, 3) Understand intervention mechanisms.
