The purpose of this study is to see how the cancer treatment affects the ovaries. Cancer treatment can make it hard for a person to conceive a child in the future. It may also bring on early menopause. We will check blood levels of hormones that the ovaries produce. We will do this before, during, and after the cancer treatment. We will also ask the patient to fill out questionnaires about their menstrual cycle (periods) and information about your health and pregnancies. This study will test any good and bad effects of combining the study drugs pembrolizumab and olaparib, given before the standard surgical procedure, to treat TNBC or HR+ HER2- breast cancers. The study drugs could shrink cancer, but they could also cause side effects. Researchers think that exercise may be able to prevent cancer from coming back by lowering ctDNA levels. The purpose of this study is to explore how aerobic exercise (exercise that stimulates and strengthens the heart and lungs and improves the body's use of oxygen) can reduce the level of ctDNA found in the blood. During the study, the highest level of exercise that is practical, is safe, and has positive effects on the body that may prevent the return of cancer (including a decrease in ctDNA levels) will be found. Each level of exercise tested will be a certain number of minutes each week. Once the best level of exercise is found, it will be tested further in a new group of participants. The purpose of this study is to see how cancer treatment affects sexual and reproductive function. The patient will also be asked to participate in blood draws to see if and how cancer treatment affects the ovaries and the ability to have children (fertility). To compare how often cancer recurs (comes back) after 3 weeks of radiation compared to 5 weeks of radiation in patients who receive radiation therapy delivered to the lymph nodes near the breast. The goal of this observational study is to increase genetic education and genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk among cancer survivors. The study objectives are to: Finalize the development and optimize usability of the CATALYST digital intervention (i.e., also known as relational assistant (RA)) Evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of a streamlined cancer genomic care delivery model in cancer survivors. The researcher are doing this study to find out whether benralizumab is effective at preventing skin rashes caused by alpelisib in people who have metastatic breast cancer. Skin rash is a common side effect of alpelisib. Researchers think adding benralizumab to the standard-of-care hormone treatment and alpelisib may prevent the patient from getting a rash. Read Less
