Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Recruiting
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-approved, non-invasive form of brain stimulation for OCD. TMS has been shown to be an effective form of treatment in individuals with OCD. By using a form of TMS termed theta-burst stimulation (TBS), we hope that this will result in a more effective treatment by producing faster symptom reduction. We are trialing a novel form of accelerated TMS, where we will deliver ten 10-minute sessions per day, for 5 days. This study will compare the efficacy of TMS for OCD at two distinct brain regions. Participants will be randomized into one of two study groups, and receive stimulation at either the DMPFC or R-OFC. Both regions have been linked to OCD by research. Patients that don't respond to their study region will have the option to receive stimulation at the other region.

A Study of Multiparametric MRI and pHLIP® ICG in Breast Cancer Imaging During Surgery

The purpose of this study is to find out whether pre-operative mpMRI using additional MRI sequences may improve surgical outcomes by providing more accurate information about the extent and acidity of the tumor than standard MRI, and to see whether the use of the fluorescent imaging agent pHLIP ICG and NIRF imaging during surgery is a safe approach that may allow the surgeon to see the tumor and nearby tissues that contain cancer cells more clearly and remove them completely.

In this study, investigators will compare standard Aerobic Training/AT with adaptive Aerobic Training/AT. The purpose of this research study is to collect samples of blood and stool and analyse primary tumor from participants with breast cancer to see how the bacteria in the body affect cancer and how well it responds to treatment. By comparing samples and data from multiple participants with breast cancer, it may be possible to identify how a person's gut health and tumor microenvironment affects how they respond to certain cancer treatments.

Evaluate Impact of Exercise Program on Fatigue in Breast Cancer During Chemotherapy
Recruiting
Assess feasibility of home exercise in reducing fatigue in subjects with breast cancer receiving curative intent chemotherapy. Subjects are randomized to control (no exercise) or intervention group (exercise). The PRO-CTCAE tool and FACIT Fatigue Scale are used to collect patient reported outcomes. Subjects submit data via mobile phone, tablet or computer. Assessments are weekly during chemotherapy (10-20 wks), at end of chemotherapy and 1, 3 and 6 months after chemotherapy.
