The purpose of this study to compare two types of cancer imaging scans to see which is better at detecting and monitoring metastatic ILC. This study will compare PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) scans using the radiotracer fluorine 18 (18F)-fluoroestradiol (FES) with a standard imaging approach for detecting and monitoring ILC, PET/CT scans using the radiotracer 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG). The purpose of this study is to compare using FDA-approved bupivacaine (a numbing medicine), along with the usual medications for post-operative pain control to using the usual medications for postoperative pain control alone. The addition of bupivacaine to the surgical wound site with the usual pain medications could better manage your pain immediately after surgery and reduce the amount of opioid medications taken after surgery. This clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of tirzepatide in achieving a 5% or more body weight reduction in patients undergoing adjuvant treatment for hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative (HR+/Her2-) breast cancer. The study will also assess the safety and tolerability of tirzepatide, its feasibility based on discontinuation rates, and completion of treatment. Secondary objectives include evaluating 3-year invasive disease-free survival (IDFS) and distant relapse-free survival (DRFS), changes in BMI and body fat distribution, metabolic markers, and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA). The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of giving vepdegestrant along with PF-07220060. Vepdegestrant is studied to see if it can be a possible treatment for advanced metastatic breast cancer. This type of cancer would have spread from where it started (breast) to other parts of the body and would be tough to treat. The study is seeking for participants who have breast cancer that: * is hard to treat (advanced) and may have spread to other organs (metastatic). * is sensitive to hormonal therapy (it is called estrogen receptor positive). * is no longer responding to treatments taken before starting this study. All the participants will receive vepdegestrant and PF-07220060. Both medicines will be taken by mouth. The medicines will be taken at home. The experience of people receiving the study medicines will be studied. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will continue to take vepdegestrant and PF-07220060 until: * their cancer is no longer responding, or * side effects become too severe. They will have visits at the study clinic about every 4 weeks. Read Less

The purpose of this study to gather information about changes in the bones after stopping treatment with aromatase inhibitor/AI and denosumab. The study team will collect information from 5 standard clinic visits over the course of 24 months. This study is being done to find out how many women develop lymphedema after an axillary lymph node dissection. The investigators also want to look for reasons why some women get lymphedema and others don't. Specifically, the investigators want to do tests on the breast tissue that is removed at the time of surgery to see if they can identify inflammation in the breast tissue, which may increase a woman's risk for lymphedema. The investigators will also ask the patient to answer questions to see how much their quality of life is affected by lymphedema, and whether this study can help women by detecting lymphedema earlier. The purpose of this study is to find out whether pre-operative mpMRI using additional MRI sequences may improve surgical outcomes by providing more accurate information about the extent and acidity of the tumor than standard MRI, and to see whether the use of the fluorescent imaging agent pHLIP ICG and NIRF imaging during surgery is a safe approach that may allow the surgeon to see the tumor and nearby tissues that contain cancer cells more clearly and remove them completely. During the Phase IIa part of this study, the safe dose of pHLIP ICG will be used that makes it easy for the surgeon to see the tumor and the nearby tissues and structures that may contain cancer cells. This study is the first to test pHLIP ICG in people, and the first to test the use of pHLIP ICG with mpMRI and NIRF imaging in surgery for breast cancer. Read Less
