Previous clinical studies with the MarginProbe (MP) system demonstrated the MP System diagnostic accuracy for identification of cancerous/abnormal tissue at the margins (≤ 1mm) of the ex-vivo lumpectomy specimen. The current study is a prospective data collection study with the enhanced technology, the MP2.0 System and is aimed at collecting data to optimize the system algorithm/procedure and to subsequently validate the system to demonstrate non-inferiority to the MP1.x system. In this study, MP2.0 system will be used on ex-vivo lumpectomy specimens at the Operating Room (OR). The study will collect a library of case information data using the MP2.0 system in sequential cohorts of a minimum of 50 subjects until the software and procedure are optimized. This is a phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of INCMGA00012 and pelareorep and to see how well they work in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). INCMGA00012 is a monoclonal antibody that works by attaching to the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and blocking this pathway, allowing the immune system to recognize and attack the cancer cells. Pelareorep is a type of virus called reovirus which occurs naturally and may break down cancer cells. The purpose of this study is learn more about how being treated for breast cancer affects patients' employment. Researchers are testing an early version of a mobile app designed to help breast cancer patients keep their jobs during and after treatment. The app provides advice for patients to use when having conversations about breast cancer with their employers and their doctors. The app is called TEAMWork (Talking to Employers And Medical staff about Work). In this study, the investigators are asking breast cancer patients who are about to receive treatment or who are currently receiving treatment to tell us what aspects of the app work well, so that they can learn how to improve it. This study will test any good and bad effects of aerobic exercise performed while you are receiving the usual first-line treatment for metastatic breast cancer. The purpose of this study is find out whether Oleogel-S10 is an effective treatment for radiation dermatitis when it is used in combination with a standard wound treatment cream called triamcinolone. Oleogel-S10 has shortened the healing time for other types of skin wounds such as burns. The purpose of this study is to test whether acupuncture can improve cognitive difficulties and insomnia in survivors of breast cancer. Researchers will compare the effects of real acupuncture with those of placebo acupuncture and wait-list acupuncture. This study will also look at insomnia's link to cognitive difficulties. All study participants (receiving real acupuncture, placebo acupuncture, or wait-list acupuncture) will complete study questionnaires and/or have cognitive testing at Weeks 0, 4, 10, 14 and 26. After the Week 26 visit, your participation in this study will end. If you are assigned to receive placebo acupuncture or wait-list acupuncture, you will have the option of receiving up to 10 real acupuncture treatments within the six months after the study finishes.
