This study is to evaluate how safe and effective ritlecitinib is in participants with non-segmental vitiligo (NSV). Ritlecitinib is studied in patients with non-segmental vitiligo. Vitiligo is a chronic acquired depigmentation disorder characterized by well-defined pale white patches of skin. Non-segmental vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder and is the focus of this study. The study will show: * if the repigmentation (the recovery of pigmentation) achieved in study B7981040 (also called the "parent study") will stay the same or will further increase if you keep receiving the same study medicine (ritlecitinib 50 milligrams or placebo) * Or if more repigmentation can be achieved if you start receiving ritlecitinib 100 milligrams in this study * Or how long the repigmentation achieved during the parent study lasts if you start receiving placebo in this study. This study is seeking for participants who: * have non-segmental vitiligo (either active or stable) and * received ritlecitinib or placebo for 52 weeks in the parent study. A placebo looks exactly like the study capsule but does not contain any medicine in it. All participants in this study will receive the study medicine or placebo. The study medicine (ritlecitinib 50 milligrams or 100 milligrams) or placebo are capsules that are taken by mouth at home every day. At week 4 (or if it cannot be done then, at week 8) study visit, you must take the medication at the study site, and not at home. Participants may receive the study medicine or placebo for up to 52 weeks. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help see if ritlecitinib is better for treating vitiligo. Participants will be involved in this study for a maximum of 60 weeks. During this time, they will have 9 study visits during the study. Ritlecitinib 50 mg is an approved drug for the treatment of severe Alopecia Areata (a disease with similar abnormal changes in the body functions like vitiligo) in the US, EU and Japan. Patients with a primary invasive melanoma are recommended to undergo excision of the primary lesion with a wide margin. There is evidence that less radical margins of excision may be just as safe. This is a randomised controlled trial of 1 cm versus 2 cm margin of excision of the primary lesion for adult patients with stage II primary invasive cutaneous melanomas (AJCC 8th edition) to determine differences in disease-free survival. Over half of state and federal prisoners meet clinical criteria for alcohol abuse or dependence, and after release from prison, over three-quarters of offenders are re-arrested within five years. Thus, there is a critical need for more effective interventions that could help disrupt this insidious cycle of alcohol abuse, criminal behavior, and incarceration. This project will support the development and evaluation of a mindfulness intervention for female prison inmates that will target key neuropsychological vulnerabilities that are associated with relapse and recidivism. This study will test a portable virtual reality (VR) system with integrated eye tracking called Virtual Eye Rotation Vision Exercises (VERVE). The proposed VERVE platform will deliver vergence therapy in an automated manner. This research will involve 30 non-traumatic brain injury (TBI) binocularly normal (BNC) Veterans and 50 post-traumatic convergence insufficiency (PTCI) Veterans who will undergo Active and Sham therapy (equally divided groups) to determine the effectiveness of VERVE vergence therapy. This phase II trial studies how well OBI-3424 works in treating patients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not response to treatment (refractory). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as OBI-3424, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This study is a Single center, single arm, prospective, observational study of clinical outcomes following bilateral cataract surgery and Clareon PanOptix implantation. Subjects will be assessed preoperatively, and at 1 and 3 months postoperatively. Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFPEF) is common and deadly but without therapy. Inconclusive studies such as TOPCAT (Treatment of Preserved Cardiac Function Heart Failure With an Aldosterone Antagonist) suggest spironolactone may be effective in HFPEF, but it is generic and will not be studied by industry. SPIRRIT is a unique Registry-Randomized Clinical Trial (RRCT) that will test the hypothesis that spironolactone plus standard of care compared to standard of care alone reduces the composite of CV mortality and HF hospitalization as follows: Population: HFPEF patients in the Swedish Heart Failure Registry and HFPEF patients in US. HFPEF defined as symptoms/signs of HF, elevated NTproBNP (B-type Natriuretic Peptide; N-terminal pro b-type Natriuretic Peptide) and EF\>=40%. Intervention and control: Randomized 1:1 to intervention: spironolactone + usual care vs. control: usual care alone. Outcome: Primary outcome cardiovascular death or time to HF hospitalization. Secondary outcomes include hospitalization for various causes, adverse events and treatment adherence. In Sweden outcomes are obtained automatically by linking with the Population, Patient and Drug Dispensed Registries. In the US, outcomes will be reported by sites and supplemented by data from a call center. The trial is event-driven with enrollment 7 years and study duration 9 years. For the primary outcome (CV Death or first HF hospitalization) with an event target of 721 events the sample size requires 1985 patients conservatively rounded to approximately 2000 patients. The objective of this research is to perform a non-masked, non-inferiority randomized controlled trial to assess the quality of life (QOL) of women with idiopathic overactive bladder (OAB) before and after treatment with percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) or transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) of tibial nerve.
