This is a multicenter prospective study in participants with intermediate age-related macular degeneration (iAMD). One primary objective of this study is to assess iAMD disease progression, by the timeline and rates of conversion for high-risk iAMD at baseline to more advanced atrophic AMD stages. The other primary objective of this observational study is to assess the feasibility of measuring the rate of photoreceptor loss as a potential clinical endpoint. In this pragmatic clinical trial, which will dovetail with Veterans' routine outpatient dialysis clinic visits in six VA medical centers, the investigators will study 252 Veterans with kidney disease who need to start dialysis treatment. If a Veteran is eligible for the study by making enough residual urine, he/she will have a 50% chance to be offered the usual three-times-per-week dialysis vs. twice-per-week dialysis that is gradually increased to three-times per- week over one year. The investigators will compare health-related quality of life, how long residual kidney function lasts, and other measures including safety in these two groups. By conducting this study, the investigators hope to understand 1) whether starting dialysis with less frequency is safe, effective, and can help Veterans and their care-partners to better cope with dialysis, and 2) if incremental dialysis can result in major cost benefits to the VA health care system, thus allowing more patients to stay in VA dialysis clinics vs. being transferred to outside clinics. This clinical trial is studying advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Once a solid tumor has grown very large in one spot or has spread to other places in the body, it is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have head and neck squamous cell cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, endometrial cancer, or ovarian cancer. Participants must have tumors that have a marker called HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). DV is a type of antibody-drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. In this study, all participants will get DV once every 2 weeks. This study is being done to see if DV works to treat different types of solid tumors that express HER2. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. This trial will also study what side effects happen when participants get the drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating the disease. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to assess the patient's preference for nivolumab subcutaneous (SC) or nivolumab + relatlimab fixed-dose combination (FDC) SC and provide patient experience data by route of administration. This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A), which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less

This is a study of perioperative pembrolizumab or enfortumab vedotin in combination with pembrolizumab in participants who are cisplatin-ineligible or decline cisplatin with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). The primary hypothesis is that perioperative pembrolizumab plus radical cystectomy (RC) plus pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) and perioperative enfortumab vedotin in combination with pembrolizumab plus RC+PLND will achieve superior event-free survival (EFS) compared with RC+PLND alone. With Amendment 5, outcome measures for programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) combined positive score (CPS) were removed.
