The purpose of this Master Protocol is to support two studies to see how well and how safely orforglipron works compared to placebo in participants who have obesity or overweight with or without type 2 diabetes. This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy and durability of SR-02 administered to the omentum of patients of Type 1 diabetes with severe recurrent hypoglycemia. The study will look at how well different doses of a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 help lower the blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans. The goal of this pilot clinical trial is to assess feasibility of an intervention to deliver comprehensive, high-quality diabetes care through telemedicine among adults with type 2 diabetes who use insulin and have multiple chronic health conditions. The main question it aims to answer is: Is an enhanced telemedicine intervention for type 2 diabetes compared to usual telemedicine care feasible? Researchers will compare the enhanced telemedicine intervention to usual telemedicine care to see if there are differences in patient satisfaction or preliminary clinical outcomes. Participants will complete 2-3 telemedicine diabetes care visits over approximately 6 months, as well as complete survey measures with each diabetes care visit. Patients in the intervention group will also receive additional support, including pre-visit preparation phone calls, diabetes self-management education and support aligned with their visits, and post-visit follow-up calls. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if continuous glucose monitoring works better than self-monitoring of blood glucose (fingersticks) to treat type 2 diabetes in pregnancy. It will also learn about all risk factors (biologic, personal, social) for maternal and infant complications in type 2 diabetes pregnancies. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does continuous glucose monitoring improve infant outcomes compared to self-monitoring of blood glucose? 2. Does continuous glucose monitoring improve maternal diabetes control and other maternal outcomes compared to self-monitoring of blood glucose? 3. What other factors increase the risk of maternal and infant complications? Participants will: 1. Use continuous glucose monitoring or self-monitoring of blood glucose to monitor blood sugar control from enrollment until delivery 2. Have blood drawn at enrollment, 24 weeks, 34 weeks and delivery to measure hemoglobin A1c levels and store blood for future analysis 3. Complete surveys about social support, environmental stressors, diabetes distress and glucose monitoring satisfaction at research visits 4. This phase II trial studies how well lower dose radiotherapy after chemotherapy (Carboplatin \& Etoposide) works in treating children with central nervous system (CNS) germinomas. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill cancer cells. Researchers want to see if lowering the dose of standard radiotherapy (RT) after chemotherapy can help get rid of CNS germinomas with fewer long-term side effects. Read Less

This investigator-initiated study will enroll about 30 adults 18 to 60 years of age with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who are using the Tandem t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ or Control-IQ+ technology ("Control-IQ" which will refer to either Control-IQ or Control-IQ+). The study is being done to find out if inhaled insulin given for a meal is safer and better to use than a bolus of insulin through your pump when you exercise following a meal.
