The purpose of this study is to gather early and mid- to long-term evidence to confirm the clinical performance, safety and use of the Clavicle Plate and Clavicle Hook Plate System. A minimum of 76 patients with clavicle fractures or dislocations of the AC joint surgically treated with any plate from the DPS VA-LCP Clavicle System will be enrolled in this observational post-market clinical investigation. The goal of this clinical trial is to test a 6-month, twice a week, moderate intensity exercise and coaching program (an in-person group and a distance group) for adults with mild-moderate cognitive impairments living in South Carolina. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Is the program practical to conduct, and it is acceptable and enjoyable? The hypothesis is that it will be possible to recruit participants, obtain the desired dosage of moderate intensity fitness and strength training twice a week. 2. Are their changes at 3-months and 6-months in endurance, mobility, cognitive function and perception of cognitive function? The hypotheses are that endurance, strength and mobility will improve and cognitive measures will not decline (remain the same or improve). Autophagy is considered an important component of Heart failure progression. Deubiquitination enzymes play an important role in autophagy. An important regulatory process within the autophagy pathway is ubiquitination. Ubiquitination targets proteins for degradation. On the contrary, de-ubiquitinating proteins (such as UCHL1) reverses this process. Studies have demonstrated deubiquitination to be linked to certain pathological processes, such as heart failure. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare 2 different timepoints for clamping the umbilical cord at birth for term-born infants with a prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease (CHD). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does Delayed Cord Clamping at 120 seconds (DCC-120) or Delayed Cord Clamping at 30 seconds (DCC-30) after birth lead to better health outcomes? * Does DCC-120 seconds or DCC-30 seconds after birth lead to better neuromotor outcomes at 22-26 months of infant age (postnatal)? Participants will be asked to do the following: * Participate in either DCC-120 or DCC-30 at birth (randomized assignment). * Complete General Movements Assessment (GMA) at 3-4 months of infant age (postnatal), complete questionnaires / surveys at this time. * Complete questionnaires / surveys at 9-12 months of infant age (postnatal). * Complete Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE), Developmental Assessment of Young Children 2 Edition (DAYC-2), and questionnaires / surveys at 22-26 months of infant age (postnatal). * Permit data collection from electronic medical records for both the mother and infant study participants. Hypertensive disorders (HD), including preeclampsia, gestational hypertension, chronic hypertension, and chronic hypertension with superimposed preeclampsia, affect around 10-20% of pregnant women in the United States and are significantly associated with maternal mortality and morbidity, particularly in the postpartum period. The prevalence of HD is on the rise in the United States and has increased from 13% in 2017 to 16% in 2019 owing to an increase in advanced maternal age, obesity, and diabetes. There are major racial disparities in HD and subsequent maternal mortality and morbidity. HD affect more than 1 in 5 delivery hospitalizations of Black women. Black women with HD are also more likely than white women with HD to have more adverse postpartum blood pressure trajectories which leads to a higher incidence of hypertension related hospital readmissions (readmission for hypertension during the first 6-weeks postpartum: 16.9% among Black women vs. 9.5% among white women, p=0.02) and cardiovascular-related adverse events. However, most of the management recommendations have been centered around blood pressure targets during the antepartum period with significantly less attention paid to the postpartum period despite evidence showing that hypertensive disorders are the most common reason for postpartum readmissions and are associated with increased maternal mortality and morbidity and a significant cost burden. This is a randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled, adaptive-design pivotal study of sensory stimulation in subjects with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Up to approximately 600 subjects will be randomized to 12 months of daily treatment with either Active or Sham Sensory Stimulation Systems. Efficacy will be measured using the Alzheimer's Disease Cooperative Study- Activities of Daily Living (ADCS-ADL) assessment and a combined statistical test (CST) of the ADCS-ADL and the Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE).
