The purpose of this study is to create a registry to provide insight into treatment selection and treatment outcome of pancreatic IRE in order to develop an evidence base such that physicians can provide the best possible care to patients with pancreatic cancer requiring surgical interventions. Patients will be registered prior to, during or at the completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 IV over 3 hours and Carboplatin AUC 6 IV on Day 1 every 21 days for 3-4 cycles). Registered patients who progress during neoadjuvant chemotherapy will not be eligible for iCRS and will be removed from the study. Following completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, interval cytoreductive surgery (iCRS) will be performed in the usual fashion in both arms. Patients will be randomized at the time of iCRS (iCRS must achieve no gross residual disease or no disease \>1.0 cm in largest diameter) to receive HIPEC or no HIPEC. Patients randomized to HIPEC (Arm A) will receive a single dose of cisplatin (100mg/m2 IP over 90 minutes at 42 C) as HIPEC. After postoperative recovery patients will receive standard post-operative platinum-based combination chemotherapy. Patients randomized to surgery only (Arm B) will receive postoperative standard chemotherapy after recovery from surgery. Both groups will receive an additional 2-3 cycles of platinum-based combination chemotherapy per institutional standard (Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 IV over 3 hours and Carboplatin AUC 6 IV on Day 1 every 21 days for 2-3 cycles) for a maximum total of 6 cycles of chemotherapy (neoadjuvant plus post-operative cycles) followed by niraparib individualized dosing until progression or 36 months (if no evidence of disease). This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This is a phase 3, open label, single arm study of padeliporfin in the treatment of Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (UTUC). The ENLIGHTED study will recruit patients with low-grade non-invasive upper tract urothelial carcinoma in either the kidney or the ureter. This study will evaluate whether simvastatin reduces intraprostatic immunosuppressive microenvironment through YAP-mediated T-reg dysfunction, and increases intraprostatic anti-tumor immune response in men recently diagnosed with localized prostate cancer electing to receive prostatectomy for their care. This Phase 2b, multicohort, open-label clinical trial (QUILT-3.055) evaluates combination immunotherapies in patients with various advanced solid tumors who have progressed following prior PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor therapy. The trial includes six cohorts: Cohorts 1-4: Patients who progressed after an initial response (PR or CR) to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, receiving combination therapy with N-803 and a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor. (Closed to enrollment) Cohort 5: Patients who progressed while receiving treatment in cohorts 1-4; they receive combination therapy with N-803, a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor, and PD-L1 t-haNK cells.(Closed to enrollment) Cohort 6A \& 6B: Patients with acquired resistance to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy; they receive combination therapy with N-803, docetaxel, and either pembrolizumab (6A) or nivolumab (6B). Treatment is administered for up to two years or until disease progression, and participants are closely monitored for adverse events (AEs), including immune-related AEs, with specific dose modifications outlined. The primary endpoint is objective response rate (ORR) assessed by RECIST v1.1.
