This study will evaluate if a direct-to-patient, de-centralized, remote approach will improve clinical research outreach and engagement for patients with SCLC, in the context of a bio-specimen collection study. The study will also assess self-reported preferences and needs of patients with SCLC, regarding choosing and accessing novel therapies in research or standard clinical care settings and supportive gaps in this area, through an initial and 3 month follow up survey. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if NDI-219216 is safe for patients, and if NDI-219216 might be a possible treatment for advanced solid tumors in the later phases of the study. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is NDI-219216 safe and what kinds of side effects might it cause? What kind of effects does NDI-219216 have on the body? Does NDI-219216 have any impact on tumor size? Participants will: Take NDI-219216 every day by mouth. Visit the clinic 6 times during Cycle 1, 2 times during Cycle 2, once a month thereafter for checkups and tests while on the study, then one time for an end of treatment visit. Multicenter, randomized (2:1), open-label phase 3 study in HLA-A2 positive patients with squamous and non-squamous metastatic NSCLC with ICI secondary resistance. While blood clots after major cancer surgery are common and harmful to patients, the medications to decrease blood clot risk are seldom used after patients leave the hospital despite the recommendation of multiple professional medical societies. The reason why these medications are seldom prescribed is not well understood. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Does surgeon education paired with an electronic medical record based decision support tool improve the guideline concordant prescription of pharmacologic venous thromboembolism after abdominopelvic cancer surgery? * Does dedicated patient education regarding blood clots at the time of hospital discharge after abdominopelvic cancer surgery improve understanding of the risk of venous thromboembolism and adherence to pharmacologic prophylaxis? The investigators will study these questions using a stepped-wedge randomized trial where groups of surgeons will use a tool integrated to the electronic medical record to educate them on the individualized patient risks of blood clots after major cancer surgery and inform them regarding guidelines for preventative medicines. Utilization of the medications before and after using the tool will be compared. Patients will be administered a questionnaire assessing their awareness of blood clots as a risk after cancer surgery. For those prescribed medications to reduce blood clot risk after leaving the hospital, the questionnaire will evaluate whether they took the medications as prescribed. Survey results will be evaluated before and after implementation of education on blood clot risk at the time of hospital discharge. Read Less

GEMINI NSCLC Study is a non-interventional study that will be collecting clinical and molecular health information from patients with NSCLC who will receive longitudinal blood collection in addition to their standard of care therapy and disease surveillance with the goals of identifying the molecular evolution of lung cancer with standard of care therapy, and determining the utility of ctDNA dynamics to predict risk of recurrence and therapeutic outcomes. Hormone therapy, or androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is a standard way to treat prostate cancer. It works by reducing the amount of the main male sex hormone, testosterone in the body. Androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs) are another type of hormone therapy. They either slow down how much testosterone is made or block testosterone from reaching the prostate cancer cells. Abiraterone acetate (AA) is an ARPI that is used to treat advanced prostate cancer. This type of treatment is usually given as a tablet with a steroid called prednisone/prednisolone to manage any medical problems from the hormone therapy. ASP5541 is a different form of AA. It is given as an injection into the muscle. In this study, ASP5541 will be given to men with advanced prostate cancer, both with and without prednisone/prednisolone. This study will check the safety of ASP5541 and compare how well ASP5541 works in men with advanced prostate cancer compared to AA. The main aims of the study are to check how well ASP5541 with prednisone/prednisolone works compared to AA with prednisone/prednisolone in men with advanced prostate cancer who haven't previously been treated with an ARPI, to check safety of ASP5541 given by itself in men with advanced prostate cancer that haven't previously been treated with an ARPI, to check how well ASP5541 given by itself works compared to AA with prednisone/prednisolone in men with advanced prostate cancer that haven't previously been treated with an ARPI, and to check safety of ASP5541 with prednisone/prednisolone in Japanese men with advanced prostate cancer. Adult men with a certain type of advanced prostate cancer can take part. Their cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). The different types are: Metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). Prostate cancer that needs testosterone to grow. Metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Prostate cancer that continues to grow even when testosterone levels are low. In this study there will be 3 treatment groups. In Group 1 men with mCRPC who haven't previously been treated with an ARPI will either be given ASP5541 and prednisone/prednisolone or AA and prednisone/prednisolone. In Group 2 men with mHSPC who haven't previously been treated with an ARPI will either be given ASP5541 by itself or be given AA with prednisone/prednisolone. In Group 3 Japanese men with mCRPC or mHSPC who may or may not have previously been treated with an ARPI will be given ASP5541 with prednisone. Read Less
