The purpose of the study is to investigate the efficacy of cortical gamma oscillation on visual sensory processing and cognitive function in Alzheimer's Disease (AD) patients by combining a therapeutic sensory stimulation device capable of evoking 40-Hz gamma oscillation via non-invasive visual and auditory stimulation with pre-established markers of cortical network activity, i.e., electroencephalography (EEG) and event-related potentials (ERP), to evaluate the applicability of the 40-Hz multimodel sensory stimulation as a novel therapeutic approach for treatment of AD patients. The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to learn how the time of day when calories are eaten affects weight loss in the long-term (12 months). The main aims are to learn: 1. The influence of time-based energy intake goals on longer-term weight loss. 2. The influence of time-based energy intake goals on eating temporal patterns, sleep regularity, and appetite regulation. Researchers will compare whether goals to eat most of a person's calories in the morning or evening work to treat obesity. Participants will: 1. Eat a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet (some participants will have goals to eat their calories at certain times of day based on their group) 2. Be physically active at least 200 minutes 3. Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is caused by food or acid coming up from the stomach into the esophagus, repeatedly. The esophagus is the tube that carries food and liquids from the mouth to the stomach. The body uses stomach acid to break down food, but when acid rises up into the esophagus it can hurt or damage it. People with GERD often feel food coming back up into the throat and mouth and have a burning feeling in their stomach, chest, or throat, called heartburn. Other symptoms of GERD include pain in the stomach or throat, difficulty eating, and throwing up. Symptomatic nonerosive GERD is a condition where people have the symptoms of GERD but the esophagus has not been damaged. People of all ages can have GERD. The causes of GERD in children are similar to those in adults and teenagers. Dexlansoprazole is a medicine that has been shown to help relieve the symptoms of GERD in adults and teenagers. This study aims to find out if dexlansoprazole doses given to children with symptomatic nonerosive GERD, based on their body weight, helps them feel better. Read Less

This phase II/III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy before and after surgery versus after surgery alone (usual treatment) in treating patients with stage II-III gallbladder cancer. Chemotherapy drugs, such as gemcitabine and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller; therefore, may reduce the extent of surgery. Additionally, it may make it easier for the surgeon to distinguish between normal and cancerous tissue. Giving chemotherapy after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells. This study will determine whether giving chemotherapy before surgery increases the length of time before the cancer may return and whether it will increase a patient's life span compared to the usual approach. This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called REGN2810, also known as cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined). The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aims of the study are to see how effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab are in treating the melanoma skin cancer, in comparison with a medication, pembrolizumab, approved for the treatment of melanoma skin cancer in adults, and to observe any similarities, or differences, in how the study drugs work in adolescent participants compared with adult participants. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects).
