A migraine is a moderate to severe headache on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. A number of treatments are available for adults with migraine but there are limited approved treatments available for pediatric participants. The main goal of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy (how well treatment works) of a low-dose and high-dose of atogepant in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved to treat adults with episodic migraine (0 to 14 migraine days per month) and is being studied in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17 with a history of episodic migraine. This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind study of atogepant in participants with a history of episodic migraine with an open-label pharmacokinetic substudy. Eligible participants will be randomized into 6 different groups. Participants between the ages of 12 and 17 will be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. Participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will also be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. The specific atogepant doses to be used in participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will be determined after the PK substudy is complete. Around 450 participants will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites. Placebo, low-dose atogepant, and high-dose atogepant are given as a tablet to take by mouth once a day. At the end of Week 12, participants will either undergo a follow-up visit 4 weeks after last study treatment or join an extension study where they can continue to receive atogepant for another 52 weeks. There may be a bigger responsibility for participants in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of immunotherapy-based treatment combinations in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Two cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of participants with tumor PD-L1 expression who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic NSCLC, and Cohort 2 will consist of participants who experienced disease progression during or following treatment with a platinum-containing regimen and a PD-L1/PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor, given in combination as one line of therapy or as two separate lines of therapy, regardless of PD-L1 expression. In each cohort, eligible participants will initially be assigned to one of several treatment arms (Stage 1). Participants who experience disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, or unacceptable toxicity during Stage 1 may be eligible to continue treatment with a different treatment regimen (Stage 2). This phase III trial compares early treatment with venetoclax and obinutuzumab versus delayed treatment with venetoclax and obinutuzumab in patients with newly diagnosed high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Starting treatment with the venetoclax and obinutuzumab early (before patients have symptoms) may have better outcomes for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma compared to starting treatment with the venetoclax and obinutuzumab after patients show symptoms. Among critically ill adults undergoing emergency tracheal intubation, one in five experience hypotension, cardiac arrest, or death. The sedatives used to rapidly induce anesthesia for emergency tracheal intubation have been hypothesized to effect cardiovascular complications and patient outcomes, but the optimal sedative medication for intubation of critically ill adults remains unknown. Ketamine and etomidate are the two most commonly used sedatives during intubation of critically ill adults. Data from a randomized clinical trial are urgently needed to determine the effect of ketamine versus etomidate on cardiovascular complications and clinical outcomes of emergency tracheal intubation. Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most often affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. This study will assess how safe and effective risankizumab subcutaneous (SC) induction treatment is in treating moderately to severely active CD in adult participants. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with CD. This study comprises of a Period A and a Period B. In Period A, participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups to receive either risankizumab SC or Placebo. In Period B, based on response, participants will receive risankizumab SC Dose B or Placebo. Participants who do not have improvement in CD symptoms at Week 12 will receive risankizumab SC Dose C and participants with worsening CD symptoms in period B will receive risankizumab SC. Approximately 276 adult participants with a diagnosis of moderately to severely active CD will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites globally. Participants will receive SC induction treatment of risankizumab or matching placebo for up to 24 weeks in Period A and B. The duration of the study will be approximately 49 weeks. Read Less

The purpose of the Connect® Myeloid disease registry is to provide unique insights into treatment decisions and treatment patterns as they relate to clinical outcomes of patients with myeloid diseases in routine clinical practice. This disease registry will also evaluate molecular and cellular markers that may provide further prognostic classification which may or may not be predictive of therapy and clinical outcomes. Otherwise healthy index patients (IP) are randomized to either baloxavir marboxil or placebo if their influenza symptoms onset was within 48 hours of screening. Their households are enrolled within 24 hours of randomization if at least 1 household contacts (HHC) have not received influenza vaccine within 6 months of screening and if all HHC screen negative for influenza infection.
