Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer that arises from the transformation of normal B and T lymphocytes (white blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-101 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin's lymphomas: third line or later of treatment (3L) + chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-germinal center B cell (GCB) DLBCL, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM), or transformed indolent NHL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-101 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the maximum administered dose (MAD)/Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ABBV-101 and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with CLL or non-GCB DLBCL. Approximately 244 adult participants with multiple NHL subtypes will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-101, until the MAD/MTD is determined, as part of the approximately 88 month study duration. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive oral ABBV-101, as part of the approximately 88 month study duration . There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07799933) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medicines (called binimetinib) in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor with a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799933. PF-07799933 comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine: * People with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive binimetinib. Binimetinib comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. * People with colorectal cancer may also receive cetuximab. Cetuximab will be given weekly (or every two weeks) in the clinic as a shot given in the vein or port (intravenous, IV). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. This study is open to adults aged 18 years and older with different types of HER2+ cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. People can take part in this study if their tumours show HER2 aberrations and previous treatment was not successful. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of zongertinib that people with different types of HER2+ cancer that has spread can tolerate best when taken together with trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd), with trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1), or with trastuzumab and capecitabine. Another purpose is to check whether zongertinib alone and in combination with other treatments can make tumours shrink. Zongertinib inhibits HER2. HER2 causes cancer cells to grow. In this study, participants receive treatment in cycles. Study participants are treated with zongertinib alone or in combination with other treatments. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants in different groups receive increasing doses of zongertinib. In Part 2, participants are put into different groups by chance. Each group receives a different dose of zongertinib. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. During the study, the participants visit the study site regularly. In this study, researchers want to find the highest dose of zongertinib that participants can tolerate when taken together with other treatments. To find this out, researchers look at certain severe health problems that a number of participants have. This phase III trial compares the addition of an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to usual chemotherapy versus usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with MammaPrint High 2 Risk (MP2) stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. There is some evidence from previous clinical trials that people who have a MammaPrint High 2 Risk result may be more likely to respond to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Adding durvalumab to usual chemotherapy may be able to prevent the cancer from returning for patients with MP2 stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Read Less

This phase II/III trial compares the addition of radiation therapy to the usual treatment (immunotherapy with or without chemotherapy) versus (vs.) usual treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) whose tumor is also negative for a molecular marker called PD-L1. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The addition of radiation therapy to usual treatment may stop the cancer from growing and increase the life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who are PD-L1 negative. Read Less

This phase II trial studies whether adding pembrolizumab to olaparib (standard of care) works better than olaparib alone in treating patients with pancreatic cancer with germline BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). BRCA1 and BRCA2 are human genes that produce tumor suppressor proteins. These proteins help repair damaged deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and, therefore, play a role in ensuring the stability of each cell's genetic material. When either of these genes is mutated, or altered, such that its protein product is not made or does not function correctly, DNA damage may not be repaired properly. As a result, cells are more likely to develop additional genetic alterations that can lead to some types of cancer, including pancreatic cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Olaparib is an inhibitor of PARP, a protein that helps repair damaged DNA. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy. The addition of pembrolizumab to the usual treatment of olaparib may help to shrink tumors in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer with BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations. Read Less

Chemotherapy drugs, such as eribulin, gemcitabine, docetaxel, paclitaxel, and sacituzumab govitecan work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
