The study will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of livmoniplimab (ABBV-151) administered as monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab (ABBV-181) as well as to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of livmoniplimab alone and in combination with budigalimab. Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, with poor survival prospects for metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab plus chemotherapy versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 4 treatment arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug) + chemotherapy, budigalimab +chemotherapy, or pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab +chemotherapy or placebo in combination with pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. Chemotherapy consists of IV Infused pemetrexed + IV infused cisplatin or IV infused or injected carboplatin. Approximately 840 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 200 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In cohort 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A)+ IV infused budigalimab, + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + IV Infused pemetrexed. In cohort 2, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose B) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In cohort 3, participants will receive budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by budigalimab + pemetrexed . In cohort 4, participants will receive IV Infused pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose optimized) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In arm 2, participants will receive IV Infused placebo + pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. The estimated study duration is 55 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (AAA617) in participants with oligometastatic prostate cancer (OMPC) progressing after definitive therapy to their primary tumor. The data generated from this study will provide evidence for the treatment of AAA617 in early-stage prostate cancer patients to control recurrent tumor from progressing to fatal metastatic disease while preserving quality of life by delaying treatment with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). This is a Phase III, global, randomized, open-label, multicenter, study evaluating the efficacy and safety of adjuvant giredestrant compared with endocrine therapy of physician's choice in participants with medium- and high-risk Stage I-III histologically confirmed estrogen receptor (ER)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative early breast cancer. The purpose of the Unidos Contra el VPH study is to help find options to screen, or check, for cervical cancer that individuals can do at home to help prevent and detect cervical cancer early. Usually, people get screened for cervical cancer with a Pap smear and human papillomavirus (HPV) test by a health care provider. This is not always easy for individuals who are not able to get to a clinic or feel uncomfortable having the procedure done. That is why we want to find other ways that may be easier and more comfortable for people to be screened for cervical cancer. The two main questions the study aims to answer are: 1. How do the following three cervical cancer screening methods compare for improving screening completion rates? o In-home HPV self-sampling with a vaginal swab * In-home HPV self-sampling with urine testing * In-clinic traditional Pap smear with HPV test 2. What are participant beliefs and preferences regarding these three screening methods? Participants in the study will be randomly assigned to one of three groups. This means each person has an equal chance of being placed in any group. They will also complete two surveys as part of the study. The three screening method groups are described below: Group 1: Urine Self-Sampling * Participants in this group will receive a kit with a urine sample cup to use at home, instructions explaining how to take the sample and a pre-paid mailing box to mail the urine sample to the lab. Group 2: Vaginal Swab Self-Sampling o Participants in this group will receive a kit with a vaginal swab and collection tube to use at home, instructions explaining how to take the sample and a pre-paid mailing box to mail the sample to the lab. Group 3: In-Clinic Screening * An in-clinic co-testing appointment is scheduled for a Pap smear and HPV test done together at Project Vida Health Center. The Sponsor is developing KB707, a replication-defective, non-integrating herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1)-derived vector that is designed to stimulate an anti-tumor immune response through the production of cytokines delivered to the airways of people with advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs via nebulization. This Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with with advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs who have progressed on standard of care therapy, cannot tolerate standard of care therapy, or refused standard of care therapy, as well as the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and immunologic effect of KB707 administered in combination with Keytruda, with or without chemotherapy, to subjects with advanced NSCLC. The study will include a dose escalation portion for single agent KB707 using a standard 3+3 design followed by a dose expansion portion to further evaluate single agent KB707 at a dose determined by preliminary data in the dose escalation phase. Subjects in the dose escalation (Cohorts 1 and 2) and dose expansion (Cohort 4) will receive KB707 via nebulization weekly for three weeks, then every three weeks. The dose escalation portion of the study has now closed, and the Cohort 2 dose was selected for evaluation in dose expansion. Dose expansion Cohorts 5 and 6 will evaluate subjects with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Subjects in Cohorts 5 and 6 will receive inhaled KB707 per treatment day once every 2 weeks (q2w), delivered in combination with Keytruda (once every 6 weeks). KB707-01 is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study. The study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on standard of care therapy, cannot tolerate standard of care therapy, refused standard of care therapy, or for whom there is no standard of care therapy as well as the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and immunologic effect of KB707 administered in combination with Opdualag to subjects with unresectable or metastatic melanoma. Subjects in dose escalation (Cohorts 1 through 3) and dose expansion (Cohort 4) will receive intratumoral injections of KB707 approximately every three weeks. Cohorts 1 through 4 are closed to new enrollment. Dose expansion Cohort 5 and Cohort 6 will evaluate subjects with advanced melanoma.
