This study is designed to measure the correlation of hyperpolarized 129-Xe magnetic resonance imaging (129-XeMRI) in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (allo-HCT) recipients at MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) who develop bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) or BOS stage 0p (pulmonary impairment not meeting the definition for BOS, defined below) and controls with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). The primary objective of the study is to correlate 129-Xenon measures of ventilation, gas exchange, and pulmonary circulation with spirometric and quantitative CT measurements. The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug sacituzumab govitecan (SG; Trodelvy®; GS-0132; IMMU 132), versus standard of care (SOC) in participants with previously treated extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). This is an umbrella study evaluating the efficacy and safety of multiple treatment combinations in participants with metastatic or inoperable locally advanced breast cancer. The study will be performed in two stages. During Stage 1, four cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive participants who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic or inoperable locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) (first-line \[1L\] PD-L1+ cohort). Cohort 2 will consist of participants who had disease progression during or following 1L treatment with chemotherapy for metastatic or inoperable locally-advanced TNBC and have not received cancer immunotherapy (CIT) (second-line \[2L\] CIT-naive cohort). Cohort 3 will consist of participants with locally-advanced or metastatic HR+, HER2-negative disease with PIK3CA mutation who may or may not have had disease progression during or following previous lines of treatment for metastatic disease (HR+cohort). Cohort 4 will consist of participants with locally-advanced or metastatic HER2+ /HER2-low disease with PIK3CA mutation who had disease progression on standard-of-care therapies (HER2+ /HER2-low cohort). In each cohort, eligible participants will initially be assigned to one of several treatment arms (Stage 1). To determine the feasibility of implementing a culturally adapted mind-body intervention (Meditation-Based Support-Adapted; MBS-A) as a supportive care strategy in Black patients diagnosed with a stage III-IV solid malignancy. To target the specific needs of Black advanced cancer patients, we will first conduct formative research that includes quantitative surveys and in-depth interviews of patients and their primary caregivers. The purpose of this formative research is to determine the intervention format for the MBS-A program (family- vs group-based) that promises the greatest likelihood of success and to solicit input on the original MBS intervention regarding content that needs adaptation. Once the intervention format is determined and content adapted, we will conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) to examine the feasibility of the MBS-A intervention vs. a dose-matched attention control (AC) group receiving a psychoeducation intervention. This study will include patients with invasive cervical cancer that wish to keep their fertility as much as possible in the future after treatment. Patients who receive surgery alone may experience long-term side effects including infertility. The purpose of this research study is to determine whether giving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy prior to surgery can maintain fertility in patients with invasive cervical cancer. The neo-adjuvant chemotherapy will consist of a platinum-based chemotherapy drug cisplatin or carboplatin, with a chemotherapy drug called paclitaxel.
