Testing Pump Chemotherapy in Addition to Standard of Care Chemotherapy Versus Standard of Care Chemotherapy Alone for Patients With Unresectable Colorectal Liver Metastases: The PUMP Trial
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) (pump chemotherapy) in addition to standard of care chemotherapy versus standard of care chemotherapy alone in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver (liver metastases) and cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). HAI uses a catheter to carry a tumor-killing chemotherapy drug called floxuridine directly into the liver. HAI is already approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in metas... A Study in Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors With the Study Medicine (PF-07329640) When Given Alone or In Combination
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety (the impact of the study drug on the participant's body), effects of the study drug alone or in combination with bevacizumab or sasanlimab, and to find the best dose. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors that: have advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) or has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: Non-Small Cell Lung Can... Read More

A Study to Test Radium-223 With Docetaxel in Patients With Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to compare any good and bad effects of using radium-223 along with docetaxel chemotherapy treatment versus using docetaxel alone. Earlier studies helped show that the combination is safe, but the combination has not been proven to work better than either drug alone. The goal of this study is to find out if combining docetaxel and radium-223 is better than giving either drug by itself.
