This randomized phase III trial studies short course vaginal cuff brachytherapy to see how well it works compared with standard of care vaginal cuff brachytherapy in treating participants with stage I-II endometrial cancer. Short course vaginal cuff brachytherapy, also known as internal radiation therapy, uses (over a shorter period) radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor in the upper portion of the vagina to kill tumor cells. This phase III trial compares minimally invasive surgery (MIS) to laparotomy in treating patients with stage IIIC-IV ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer who are receiving chemotherapy before and after surgery (neoadjuvant chemotherapy). MIS is a surgical procedure that uses small incision(s) and is intended to produce minimal blood loss and pain for the patient. Laparotomy is a surgical procedure which allows the doctors to remove some or all of the tumor and check if the disease has spread to other organs in the body. The purpose of this study is to better understand how the immune system plays a role in fighting breast cancer and specifically research if the immune system response against breast cancer can be improved with endocrine therapy and cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor therapy in patients with hormone receptor positive breast cancer. This will be studied by collecting tumor tissue and blood samples before and after 2 weeks of study treatment with commonly used endocrine therapy and cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor therapy. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of quaratusugene ozeplasmid (Reqorsa), in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with previously treated NSCLC. Quaratusugene ozeplasmid consists of non-viral lipid nanoparticles that encapsulate a DNA plasmid with the TUSC2 tumor suppressor gene, and is a systemic gene therapy. The study will be conducted in 2 phases, a dose escalation phase (Phase 1) and a safety and efficacy evaluation phase (Phase 2). In Phase 1, patients will be enrolled in sequential cohorts treated with successively higher doses of quaratusugene ozeplasmid in combination with pembrolizumab to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). Phase 2 will be comprised of a dose expansion portion and a randomized portion. In the dose expansion portion, patients will be enrolled and treated with quaratusugene ozeplasmid at the RP2D in combination with pembrolizumab. In the randomized portion, patients will be randomized to receive either the investigational treatment of quaratusugene ozeplasmid at the RP2D in combination with pembrolizumab or a control treatment of either docetaxel +/- ramucirumab or the investigator's treatment of choice. This phase I trial studies the safety of adding durvalumab to accelerated hypofractionated radiation therapy (ACRT) or conventionally fractionated radiation therapy, as well as the safety of adding either monalizumab or oleclumab to durvalumab plus conventionally fractionated radiation therapy in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). Accelerated hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab and monalizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Oleclumab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It binds to a protein called CD73, which is found on some types of tumor cells. Oleclumab may block CD73 and help the immune system kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether adding durvalumab to ACRT or adding monalizumab or oleclumab to durvalumab plus conventionally fractionated radiation therapy will work better in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
