Image-Guided, Intensity-Modulated Photon or Proton Beam Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Stage II-IIIB Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This partially randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of image-guided, intensity-modulated photon or proton beam radiation therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. This trial is testing a new way of delivering radiation dose when only the tumor receives dose escalation while the surrounding normal structure is kept at standard level. Photon beam radiation therapy is a type of radiation therapy that uses... Read More

Study of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Solid Tumors Including Head and Neck Cancer
Recruiting
This is a first-in-human, open-label, nonrandomized, four-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 in combination with Pembrolizumab. INBRX-105, a next generation bispecific antibody, targets the human programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) receptor and the human 4-1BB receptor. INBRX-105 provides localized conditional T-cell co-stimulation through 4-1BB agonism.

Molecular and Epidemiological Risk Factors in the Development of Gastric Cancer
Recruiting
This protocol is a single-institution feasibility study to identify the molecular and epidemiological risk factors in the development of gastric cancer in high-risk predominantly Hispanic South Texas population. The study is broken down into two main parts: 1) To identify molecular differences in gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC) between Non-Hispanics and Hispanics, stratified by age, and in benign, pre-malignant, and malignant gastric lesions; and 2) To identify environmental and clinicopathological...
