This phase III trial compares the effect of stero-ablative radiotherapy (SAbR) followed by standard of care systemic therapy, to standard of care systemic therapy alone, in patients with kidney cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to a limited (2-5) number of places in the body (metastatic). Study doctors want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for metastatic kidney cancer. The usual approach is defined as the care most people get for metastatic kidney cancer which includes systemic therapy such as immunotherapy (given through the veins) and/or small molecular inhibitor (tablets taken by mouth). Radiotherapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. SAbR uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. Giving SAbR prior to systemic therapy may kill more tumor cells than the usual approach, which is systemic therapy alone. Read Less

Objective: The "Bexa Breast Exam," or "BBE," for the purposes of this study is defined as the use of a Bexa device in conjunction with a portable, focused ultrasound examination to identify and further evaluate abnormal breast masses including cancer. Commercially, this combination of Bexa plus focused ultrasound is called "Bexa Breast ExamTM," and abbreviated as, "BBE." This study compares the Bexa Breast Exam (BBE) to the standard of care (digital breast tomosynthesis) in detecting masses and as a breast cancer early detection examination. The specific objectives are: 1. To measure the sensitivity and specificity of BBE as compared to digital breast tomosynthesis in the general population of women over 30 without a history of breast cancer. 2. To measure the sensitivity and specificity of BBE as compared to digital breast tomosynthesis identifying breast masses including cancer in women with dense breasts. 3. To demonstrate the proportion of women receiving a BBE that require additional imaging studies. Hypothesis: The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that the Bexa Breast Examination's sensitivity and specificity in identifying abnormal breast masses is comparable to the current accepted standard of care, mammography with tomosynthesis. This study will investigate if a shorter treatment course (known as "hypofractionation") for pelvic radiation is safe for women with endometrial cancer. Doctors leading the study will also determine the safest and most tolerable dose of shortened radiation (hypofractionation) used to treat women in this study. Because this study will shorten the radiation course typically used to treat endometrial cancer, each daily treatment given to women in this study will be slightly higher than normal to ensure that the total radiation dose they receive is still effective and similar to the radiation dose they would receive if they were not participating in this study (standard treatment). The Childhood Cancer Predisposition Study (CCPS) is a multi-center, longitudinal, observational study that will collect clinical and biological data and specimens from children with a cancer predisposition syndromes (CPS) and their relatives. The central hypothesis is that studying individuals at high risk for childhood cancer creates a unique opportunity for improving the understanding of carcinogenesis, tumor surveillance, early detection, and cancer prevention, which will collectively contribute to improving care and outcomes for pediatric patients with cancer and those with cancer predisposition syndromes (CPS). This study collects information and identifies decision making needs for older adult women with stage I-III breast cancer considering neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy. Using this information, a decision support tool is then developed to provide patients and physicians with tailored information regarding the risks and benefits of chemotherapy and values clarification to support high-quality, shared decision. PROMISE (Pediatric Radiation Oncology with Movie Induced Sedation Effect) is an interactive incentive-based movie system that integrates with a video surveillance gating module (VisionRT) as an alternative sedation solution for pediatric patients undergoing radiation treatment (RT). This single-arm, open label, single-center phase II clinical trial is to implement PROMISE for all children ages 3-11 who are planned to undergo RT at the institution. The primary goal is to decrease the total number of pediatric patients who require general anesthesia through the use of PROMISE, with secondary goals being to assess the impact that PROMISE has on patient/family anxiety and quality of life, treatment time and clinical efficiency, and overall cost. The investigators hypothesize that PROMISE will lead to a reduction in the percentage of patients ages 3-7 who require general anesthesia use from 70% (historical control) to 30%. Read Less
