A Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of Oral Armour Thyroid Compared to Synthetic T4 for the Treatment of Primary Hypothyroidism in Adult Participants

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Armour Thyroid treatment compared with synthetic T4 in subjects who have primary hypothyroidism and are currently stabilized (i.e., in-range thyroid-stimulating hormone \[TSH\]) on synthetic T4 treatment. This study will also therefore evaluate the efficacy and safety of dose conversion from synthetic T4 therapy to Armour Thyroid therapy.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned (by chance) to receive ibuzatrelvir or matching placebo orally for 5 days. Co-administration of locally available standard of care is allowed. This is a phase 2b randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of the safety and efficacy of tulisokibart in participants with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa. The primary hypothesis is that at least 1 dose of tulisokibart is superior to placebo with respect to the proportion of participants achieving a 50% reduction in Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Response (HiSCR50) at Week 16 (ie, at end of double-blind treatment).
