This is an open-label, Phase 2/Phase 3, long-term extension study for treatment of participants of previous amlitelimab clinical trials in moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and efficacy of amlitelimab in treated participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) who have previously been enrolled in an amlitelimab clinical trial. All participants will have visits during the treatment period every 4 weeks. Responder participants rolling over from EFC17599 and EFC17600, and responder participants enrolling through screening from DRI17366 will be initiated into drug withdrawal (with no drug administration) at LTS17367 baseline visit to monitor durability of treatment response. If these responder participants relapse during LTS17367, they will have treatment restored. Non-responder participants rolling over from EFC17599 or EFC17600, and non-responder participants enrolling through screening from DRI17366 will have treatment administration from LTS17367 baseline. Participants rolling over from DRI17366, SFY17915 and INT18404 will also have treatment administration from LTS17367 baseline. Remote visits with home dosing are allowed for the purpose of study drug administration, when applicable. In the case of remote visit with home dosing, the participant or a caregiver may administer study drug after appropriate training. Alternatively, if needed, and based on the investigator's judgement, home visits with healthcare professional assistance or on-site study drug administration visits can be performed. Where participants discontinue amlitelimab permanently during LTS17367, safety follow up will be performed for a minimum of 140 days from the last amlitelimab administration. Read Less

This study is researching an investigational drug, ALN-HSD called "study drug". This study is focused on participants who are known to have metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). MASH is a form of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). MASH occurs when fat builds up in liver cells, damaging them, and making the liver inflamed and stiff from fibrosis (scar tissue). MASH can progress to cirrhosis (long term scarring) and liver failure (when the liver cannot perform its job). The aim of the study is to see the effect of the study drug on lessening liver scarring side effects related to MASH. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * How ALN-HSD works to improve liver function and lessen MASH-related inflammation in the liver * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drug * How much study drug and study drug metabolites (byproduct of the body breaking down the study drug) are in the blood at different times * Better understanding of the study drug and MASH Read Less

The participants of this study will have confirmed Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) and cirrhosis (scarring of the liver). PBC is a slowly progressive disease, characterised by damage to the bile ducts in the liver, leading to a build-up of bile acids which causes further damage. The liver damage in PBC may lead to cirrhosis. PBC may also be associated with multiple symptoms. Many patients with PBC may require liver transplant or may die if the disease progresses and a liver transplant is not done. This study will compare a daily dose of elafibranor (the study drug) to a daily dose of placebo (a dummy treatment) and will last up to 3.5 years for each participant. The main aim of this study is to determine if elafibranor is better than placebo in preventing clinical outcome events showing disease worsening (including progression of disease leading to liver transplant or death). This study will also study the safety of long-term treatment with elafibranor, as well as the impact on symptoms such as itching and tiredness. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effectiveness of the study drug, Dysport® when compared with placebo in preventing chronic migraine. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head, and is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Chronic migraine is defined as having at least 15 days of headache a month with at least 8 of those days being migraine headache days. Migraines are caused by a series of events which cause the brain to get stimulated/activated, which results in the release of chemicals that cause pain. Dysport® is a formulation of Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A), a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. The study will consist of 3 periods: 1. A 'screening period' of 6 to 12 weeks to assess whether the participant can take part to the study and requires 1 visit. 2. A first Treatment Phase of 24 weeks. On Day 1 and at Week 12 of the first Treatment Phase, participants will receive injections into various muscles across the head, neck, face and shoulders. The injections will contain either a dose "A" or dose "B" of Dysport® or a placebo (an inactive substance or treatment that looks the same as, and is given in the same way as, an active drug or intervention/treatment being studied). Participants will make 4 visits to the clinic in person and have 4 remote (online) visits. 3. A second Treatment Phase of 24 weeks (extension phase). At Week 24 and at Week 36, all participants will get Dysport® (dose "A" or dose "B"). There will be 3 in person visits and 4 remote visits. Participants will need to complete an e-diary and questionnaires throughout the study. Participants will undergo blood samplings, urine collections, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations. This study will monitor patients during the first year following their stroke. Stroke is a very serious condition where there is a sudden interruption of blood flow in the brain. The main aim of the study will be to find out how many of those who experience their first-ever stroke then go on to develop spasticity that would benefit from treatment with medication. Spasticity is a common post-stroke condition that causes stiff or ridged muscles. The results of this study will provide a standard guideline on the best way to monitor the development of post-stroke spasticity. Read Less

Pain has been identified as among the most frequent presenting medical complaints, in particular within primary care for Veterans. There are few areas of daily living and functioning that pain intensity does not impact, with reported pain intensity related to difficulties in social situations and changes in activities of daily life, sleep, and appetite. Therapeutic interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Chronic Pain (ACT-CP) that target issues related to the cognitions and emotional concerns related to chronic pain have been well-documented for reduction of associated psychiatric symptoms and modest pain relief. At the same time, online programming can improve the ability of pain psychoeducation programs and ACT-CP to reach patients. The proposed project will compare online Veteran ACT for Chronic Pain (VACT-CP) compared to another pain program, Online Pain School, to evaluate how they assist Veterans with chronic pain to improve their functioning, pain management, and quality of life.
