A Study of TAK-341 in Treatment of Multiple System Atrophy

The main aim is to see how TAK-341 works after 52 weeks in participants with multiple system atrophy as measured by the Unified Multiple System Atrophy Rating Scale Part I (UMSARS).
The study will enroll approximately 138 patients. Participants will receive a total of 13 intravenous infusions every 4 weeks approximately, these may be either of TAK-341 or placebo, after each infusion some blood samplings will be taken and other assessments completed.

This study will assess whether switching participants who have benefitted from mepolizumab or benralizumab to GSK3511294 (Depemokimab) is non-inferior to maintaining current treatment on the annualized rate of clinically significant exacerbations in participants with severe asthma with an eosinophilic phenotype. Throughout the study, all participants will continue their non-biologic Baseline standard of care (SoC) asthma treatment.

A Study of TAK-186 (Also Known as MVC-101) in Adults With Advanced or Metastatic Cancer
Recruiting
The main aim of this study is to check for side effects and tolerability of TAK-186 (also known as MVC-101) in adults with unremovable advanced or metastatic cancer. Another aim is to characterize and evaluate the activity of TAK-186 (MVC-101).
Participants may receive treatment throughout the study for a maximum of 13 months and will be followed up at 30 days and 90 days and then every 12 weeks for up to 48 weeks after the last treatment.
