A Safety/Tolerability and PK Study With Azstarys® in Children With ADHD

The is a multicenter, dose-optimized, open-label, safety/ tolerability and pharmacokinetic (PK) study with Azstarys® in children 4 and 5 years of age with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The primary objective is to determine the safety and tolerability of treating children 4 and 5 years-of-age with ADHD with Azstarys® for up 12 months. Approximately 100 subjects will be enrolled. Approximately 20 sites will participate.

The FLEX Registry will be implemented to operate as a large-scale, population based, prospective registry. All patients with stage I to III breast cancer who receive MammaPrint® and BluePrint testing on a primary breast tumor are eligible for entry into the FLEX Registry, which is intended to enable additional study arms at low incremental effort and cost. FLEX Registry will utilize an adaptive design, where additional targeted substudies and arms can be added after the initial study is opened.

MDR - PMCF Study for Taperloc Complete Stems

The objective of this consecutive series PMCF study is to collect data confirming safety, performance, and clinical benefits of the Taperloc Complete stems when used for primary or revision total hip arthroplasty (implants) at 1,3,5,7 and 10-year follow-up*. Since Taperloc Complete was introduced to the EU in 2010, all available retrospective data will be collected from each patient and a prospective aspect to the study will be necessary to reach the 10-year time point.
