The is a multicenter, dose-optimized, open-label, safety/ tolerability and pharmacokinetic (PK) study with Azstarys® in children 4 and 5 years of age with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The primary objective is to determine the safety and tolerability of treating children 4 and 5 years-of-age with ADHD with Azstarys® for up 12 months. Approximately 100 subjects will be enrolled. The FLEX Registry will be implemented to operate as a large-scale, population based, prospective registry. All patients with stage I to III breast cancer who receive MammaPrint® and BluePrint testing on a primary breast tumor are eligible for entry into the FLEX Registry, which is intended to enable additional study arms at low incremental effort and cost. Patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) often have concomitant coronary artery disease (CAD) which may adversely affect prognosis. There is uncertainty about the benefits and the optimal timing of revascularization for such patients. There is currently clinical equipoise regarding the management of concomitant CAD in patients undergoing TAVR. Some centers perform routine revascularization with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) (either before or after TAVR), while others follow an alternative strategy of medical management. The potential benefits and optimal timing of PCI in these patients are unknown. As TAVR expands to lower risk patients, and potentially becomes the preferred therapy for the majority of patients with severe aortic stenosis, the optimal management of concomitant coronary artery disease will be of increasing importance. The COMPLETE TAVR study will determine whether, on a background of guideline-directed medical therapy, a strategy of complete revascularization involving staged PCI using drug eluting stents to treat all suitable coronary artery lesions is superior to a strategy of medical therapy alone in reducing the composite outcome of Cardiovascular Death, new Myocardial Infarction, Ischemia-driven Revascularization or Hospitalization for Unstable Angina or Heart Failure. The study will be a randomized, multicenter, open-label trial with blinded adjudication of outcomes. Patients will be screened and consented for elective transfemoral TAVR and randomized within 96 hours of successful balloon expandable TAVR. Complete Revascularization: Staged PCI using third generation drug eluting stents to treat all suitable coronary artery lesions in vessels that are at least 2.5 mm in diameter and that are amenable to treatment with PCI and have a ≥70% visual angiographic diameter stenosis. Staged PCI can occur any time from 1 to 45 days post successful transfemoral TAVR. Vs. Medical Therapy Alone: No further revascularization of coronary artery lesions. All patients, regardless of randomized treatment allocation, will receive guideline-directed medical therapy consisting of risk factor modification and use of evidence-based therapies. The COMPLETE TAVR study will help address the current lack of evidence in this area. The objective of this consecutive series PMCF study is to collect data confirming safety, performance, and clinical benefits of the Taperloc Complete stems when used for primary or revision total hip arthroplasty (implants) at 1,3,5,7 and 10-year follow-up*. Since Taperloc Complete was introduced to the EU in 2010, all available retrospective data will be collected from each patient and a prospective aspect to the study will be necessary to reach the 10-year time point. EYE103-101 is a 2-part study assessing safety and preliminary efficacy of EYE103 in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) given as monotherapy or neovascular macular degeneration (NVAMD) given in combination with anti-VEGF. In the first part, termed the multiple ascending dose (MAD) portion of study, the safety of EYE103 will be assessed at escalating doses. Approximately 12 participants will be entered in this part of the study. In the second part of the study, called the dose finding part two doses of EYE103 will be selected and their effectiveness will be compared. This international multi-center registry is used to collect existing information and outcomes for patients undergoing an operation for treatment of injuries to the brain including the blockage of blood flow to an area of the brain, an abnormal ballooning of an artery, abnormal tangling of blood vessels, abnormal formation of blood vessels, tearing of vein, and bleeding in the brain. This information is used to help predict outcomes that undergo an operation for treatment of the above-listed brain injuries. The goal of the LEOPARD clinical trial is to investigate a new kind of steroid eye drops, OCS-01. Macular edema is a condition in which there is collection of fluid (edema) in the back of the eye (Macula) and it can lead to severe loss of vision. Among other causes, macular edema can happen because of a disease of the eye called Uveitis, and also after eye surgery. Treatment of macular edema remains a challenge as the condition may persist for several months and may lead to irreversible changes in the eye and poor vision. In the LEOPARD study the investigators wish to see how safe is the study drug (OCS-01) and how well it works, in resolving the fluid collection in the eye in patients with Uveitis or in patients who have had eye surgery. Participants will undergo detailed eye exam, and record their eye and medical history to see what their disease status is and if they can be included in the study based on the study criteria. If included, they will take the study drug OCS-01 in different doses for 24 weeks. During the study period, they will have regular eye exams to ensure their safety and to assess the usefulness of the study drug. Read Less

The objective of this prospective enrollment study is to collect data confirming safety, performance and clinical benefits of the CoMatryx Surgical Collagen powder at a minimum 1-year follow-up and compare it to a historical control group who did not receive the product at the time of surgery. The primary objective is to confirm safety and clinical benefits of the product. This will be assessed by recording the rate of wound healing and incidence and frequency of wound care related complications. Relationship of complications to the product should be specified.
