This is a Phase 1 study currently evaluating PO administered ompenaclid in combination with FOLFIRI and bevacizumab in patients with advanced (i.e., locally advanced and unresectable, or metastatic) previously treated colorectal adenocarcinoma. The single agent ompenaclid dose escalation stage and the ompenaclid in combination with FOLFIRI and bevacizumab dose escalation stage of the study has been completed; the expansion stage of ompenaclid in combination with FOLFIRI and bevacizumab is ongoing. In April-24 a protocol amendment added a new dose escalation and expansion stage which will evaluate ompenaclid in combination with FOLFOX and bevacizumab in patients with metastatic CRC. The goal of this Phase 3 clinical trial is study the safety and efficacy of the nextgen anti-CTLA-4 antibody, gotistobart (ONC-392/BNT316), in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have disease progressed on anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody based therapy. The study will test whether gotistobart, in comparison with chemotherapy agent docetaxel, could prolong the life for NSCLC patients. Patients will be randomized to be treated with either gotistobart or docetaxel, IV infusion, once every 21 days, for up to 17 cycles in approximately one year. Read Less

This is a multi-site epidemiological study designed to monitor circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) status in participants with Stage II (high risk)/III colorectal cancer (CRC) following resection/prior to adjuvant chemotherapy (AdCTx), during the course of AdCTx and for a period of 630 days thereafter, according to CRC stages and disease characteristics. Participants receive no therapeutic intervention as part of this study. This study will identify participants who might be potential candidates for the clinical trial BNT122-01 (NCT04486378), a study of RO7198457 after completion of standard AdCTx in this patient population. Based on the eligibility criteria for that trial, this study will identify participants with confirmed Stage II (high risk)/III CRC that are positive for ctDNA after resection and are therefore at high risk of disease recurrence to enrich the BNT122-01 study cohort. These participants will have the option to enter screening for BNT122-01 at Screening Visit 2 of that trial if they meet the eligibility criteria of BNT000-001 during screening. This trial studies how well a centralized care strategy works in improving the quality of smoking cessation and shared decision making among patients who smoke and are considering lung cancer screening. The centralized care strategy is a model where smokers eligible for lung cancer screening are referred to a dedicated tobacco treatment program where they receive both the shared decision-making and initiate smoking cessation counseling prior to their visit with a primary care provider. Utilizing the centralized care model may work better in helping people quit smoking and make informed decisions about lung cancer screening compared to usual care. Read Less
