This randomized phase III trial studies carboplatin given together with paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab to see how well it works compared with oxaliplatin given together with capecitabine with or without bevacizumab as first-line therapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV, or recurrent (has come back) stage I epithelial ovarian or fallopian tube cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may block tumor growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. It is not yet known which regimen of combination chemotherapy given together with or without bevacizumab is more effective in treating epithelial ovarian cancer or fallopian tube cancer. Read Less

Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This phase III trial studies if selumetinib works just as well as the standard treatment with carboplatin/vincristine (CV) for subjects with NF1-associated low grade glioma (LGG), and to see if selumetinib is better than CV in improving vision in subjects with LGG of the optic pathway (vision nerves). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking some enzymes that low-grade glioma tumor cells need for their growth. This results in killing tumor cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and vincristine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase III trial studies how well the combination of pembrolizumab, paclitaxel and carboplatin works compared with paclitaxel and carboplatin alone in treating patients with endometrial cancer that is stage III or IV, or has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The purpose of this study is to find out whether combining the standard chemotherapy for head and neck cancer with the immunotherapy drugs cetuximab and cemiplimab (the study drug) is a safe treatment for head and neck cancer, and whether receiving this combination treatment before surgery may allow participants to forgo the standard radiation treatment after surgery. The purpose of this study is to evaluate sacituzumab tirumotecan versus pemetrexed in combination with carboplatin for the treatment of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study have NSCLC that has continued to progress on prior treatment with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). This study consists of several parts: dose escalation, dose expansion, dose expansion in Chinese participants residing in China, and coformulation.
