Carboplatin Treatment Options in New Jersey

This study is researching an investigational drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs". 'Investigational' means that the study drug is not approved for use outside of this study by any Health Authority. Examples of chemotherapy drugs include the following: Paclitaxel plus carboplatin, and Pemetrexed plus cisplatin. The study is being conducted in patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is for treating advanced NSCLC, in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs * How much of each study drug is in your blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * How administering the study drugs might improve your quality of life Read Less

A single arm phase II study of pembrolizumab, carboplatin, paclitaxel, and radiation for the treatment of early-stage anal cancer. There are 2 treatments phases and then surveillance. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of adding lazertinib to amivantamab, carboplatin, and pemetrexed (LACP/ACP-L dosing strategies) and amivantamab, carboplatin and pemetrexed (ACP) compared with carboplatin and pemetrexed (CP) in participants with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) Exon 19del or Exon 21 L858R substitution non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after osimertinib failure. The purpose of the extension cohort is to further describe the safety and efficacy for the ACP-L dosing schedule versus ACP with additional data. This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out whether it is an effective treatment alone or with other anticancer drugs for certain solid tumors and what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. There are seven parts to this study. * In Part A, the treatment will be given to participants every 3 weeks (3-week cycles). * In Part B, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 8, and 15 every 4-week cycle. * In Part C, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part D, participants will be given treatment on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle. Participants in Part D will get tisotumab vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin * In Part E, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part F, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle.
