This study is a Phase 3, randomized, modified double-blind study which aims to document the safety profile of the PCV21 vaccine (investigational pneumococcal vaccine) compared to a licensed 20-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in infants aged from approximately 2 months (42 to 89 days). The study duration per participant will be up to approximately 19 months. The study vaccines (either PCV21 or 20vPCV) will be administered at approximately 2, 4, 6 and 12 to 15 months of age. Routine pediatric vaccines will be given as per local recommendations. This phase I trial studies the side effects and how well of pembrolizumab and a vaccine therapy (ATL-DC vaccine) work in treating patients with glioblastoma that has come back (recurrent) and can be removed by surgery (surgically accessible). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Vaccines, such as ATL-DC vaccine, may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. Giving pembrolizumab and ATL-DC vaccine may work better in treating patients with glioblastoma compared to ATL-DC alone. Read Less

This is a randomized, multi-site, adaptive, open-label clinical trial comparing the immune response to different additional doses of COVID-19 vaccine in participants with autoimmune disease requiring IS medications. All study participants will have negative serologic or suboptimal responses (defined as a Roche Elecsys® Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S result ≤200 U/mL) or a low immune response (defined as a Roche Elecsys® Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S result \>200 U/ml and ≤2500 U/mL) to their previous doses of COVID-19 vaccine. The study will focus on 5 autoimmune diseases in adults: * Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) * Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) * Multiple Sclerosis (MS) * Systemic Sclerosis (SSc), and * Pemphigus. This phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of nivolumab when given together with gene-modified T cells and vaccine therapy in treating patients with solid tumors that express the cancer-testes antigen NY-ESO-1 gene AND have spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or distant organs (stage IV). T cells are a special type of white blood cells (immune cell) that have the ability to kill cancer cells. Nivolumab may block PD-1 which is found on T cells and help the immune system kill cancer cells. Placing a modified gene for the NY-ESO-1 T cell receptor (TCR) into the patients' T cells in the laboratory and then giving them back to the patient may help the body build an immune response to kill tumor cells that express NY-ESO-1. Dendritic cells are another type of blood cell that can teach other cells in the body to look for cancer cells and attack them. Giving a dendritic cell vaccine with the NY-ESO-1 protein may help dendritic cells teach the immune system to target cancer cells expressing that protein, and further help the T cells attack cancer. Background: Allergic reactions have been reported to occur after vaccination with both the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a human metapneumovirus (hMPV) / respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) mRNA vaccine candidate encapsulated in a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) based formulation (hereafter referred to as hMPV/RSV vaccine) for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by hMPV and/or RSV among adults aged 60 years and older. Overall, the study is designed to address the following goals: * Assess the safety profile of the candidate formulations. * Describe the immunogenicity profile of the candidate formulations. * Select the vaccine formulations (dose) for future development. * Assess the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination of the selected formulation administered 12 months after the primary vaccination in a subset of the study population.
