A Study to Assess Adverse Events and How Intravenously (IV) Infused Telisotuzumab Vedotin (ABBV-399) Moves Through the Body as a Monotherapy in Adult Participants With Previously Treated Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Recruiting
Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be... Read More

Testing the Addition of Radiation Therapy to the Usual Treatment (Immunotherapy With or Without Chemotherapy) for Advanced Stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Who Are PD-L1 Negative
Recruiting
This phase II/III trial compares the addition of radiation therapy to the usual treatment (immunotherapy with or without chemotherapy) versus (vs.) usual treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) whose tumor is also negative for a molecular marker ca... Safety and Tolerability of TNG456 Alone and in Combination With Abemaciclib in Patients With Solid Tumors With MTAP Loss
Recruiting
This is a first in human study of TNG456 alone and in combination with abemaciclib in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors known to have an MTAP loss. The first part of the study is an open-label, dose escalation and the second part is an open label dose expansion in specific solid tumor types with a confirmed MTAP loss. The study drug, TNG456, is a selective PRMT5 inhibitor administered orally. The study is planned to treat up to 191 participants.

A Study of HFB200603 as a Single Agent and in Combination With Tislelizumab in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200603 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200603 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. Osimertinib With or Without Bevacizumab as Initial Treatment for Patients With EGFR-Mutant Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes can... Read More

A Study of Intismeran Autogene (V940) Plus Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo Plus Pembrolizumab in Participants With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (V940-002)
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to evaluate intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab versus placebo plus pembrolizumab for the adjuvant treatment of margin negative, completely resected Stage II, IIIA, IIIB (with nodal involvement \[N2\]) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary hypothesis is that intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator.

Testing the Addition of a Type of Drug Called Immunotherapy to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, ALCHEMIST Trial
Recruiting
This phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work... Read More
