This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to conduct a preliminary evaluation of the ASSIST (Alcohol-focused Support of Survivors in Sororities Training) intervention in sorority chapters. ASSIST is a newly developed web-based intervention to increase peer support of sexual assault survivors and reduce encouragement of drinking to cope within social networks of sororities. To test whether the intervention is feasible and shows preliminary signs of working, a pilot cluster randomized trial will be conducted. Sorority chapters will be recruited and randomly assigned to an intervention condition or an assessment-only condition. Individuals within each sorority will be recruited and complete a norm documentation survey. One month later, participants will complete a baseline survey, and if assigned to the intervention condition, will then receive the web-based ASSIST intervention, which will include normative feedback on values and drinking, psychoeducation about sexual assault recovery and the role of alcohol, and skills training in behaviors that can be used to support survivors without or while moderating heavy drinking. All participants will complete online follow-up surveys at 1-, 3-, and 6-months post-intervention. Read Less

The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to compare Promoting First Relationships - Home Visit (PFR-HV) to Promoting First Relationships - Telehealth (PFR-T) among parents of 6-12 month olds in the child welfare system. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is PFR-T effective relative to PFR-HV and Usual Care with respect to observed parent sensitive and responsive care, parent knowledge of child social and emotional development, and child externalizing behavior? * Is PFR-T effective relative to PFR-HV and Usual Care with respect to child out-of-home placement in foster care relative to the control group? * How does PFR-T compare in a benefit-cost analysis to the cost-effectiveness relative to PFR-HV and Usual Care? * Are eligible families impacted by the lack of technology and Wi-Fi/cellular data to engage in PFR-T? * How does provider adherence and fidelity in delivery of PFR-T compare to adherence and fidelity of PFR-HV? What will participants be asked to do? 1. Participants will be asked to agree to randomization, resulting in their placement in one of three groups: PFR-HV, PFR-T, or the control group. 2. Participants will be asked to participate in three virtual research visits, over the course of approximately 12 months (families could be finished as early as 9 months, however in our experience, intervention sessions and research visits often need to be rescheduled, delaying completion of the study). The research visits take approximately 80 minutes, and families will be paid $75 for each visit they participate in. 3. During the research visit, the families will be asked to participate in videotaped research activities involving parent-child play and interaction. Parents will be asked to answer questions regarding their background, feelings, parenting opinions, and stress. 4. Families randomized to the PFR-HV intervention are asked to participate in a 10 week in home parenting program which includes videotaped caregiver-child interactions and feedback. 5. Families randomized to the PFR-T intervention are asked to participate in a 10-week parenting program that will occur over Zoom, which will include videotaped caregiver-child interactions and feedback. 6. The purpose of this study is to determine whether one or two 17-week regimens of tuberculosis treatment bedaquiline (B or BDQ), moxifloxacin (M), pyrazinamide (Z)-- (BMZ) plus either Rifabutin (Rb) or Delamanid (D or DLM) are as effective as a standard six-month regimen for treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). All three regimens are administered daily, seven days each week. The first 17-week regimen is 2 months of bedaquiline (B or BDQ), moxifloxacin (M), pyrazinamide (Z), (BMZ) plus rifabutin (Rb) (BMZRB) followed by 2 months of bedaquiline (B or BDQ), moxifloxacin (M) and Rifabutin (Rb) (2 BMZRb/2 BMRb, Arm 1) The Second 17-week regimen is 2 months of bedaquiline (B or BDQ), moxifloxacin (M), pyrazinamide (Z), (BMZ) plus delamanid (D or DLM); (BMZD) followed by 2 months of bedaquiline (B or BDQ), moxifloxacin (M) and delamanid (D or DLM) (2 BMZD/2 BMD, Arm 2) The standard 26-week treatment control regimen which is two months of isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide (2HRZE) followed by four months of isoniazid and rifampin (4HR); (2HRZE/4HR, Arm 3) Target enrollment is 288 male and female participants (96/arm). participants. The DREAM-ON study will investigate whether continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) is useful to predict risk for developing diabetes mellitus (DM) and pre-diabetes mellitus (PDM), the need for insulin therapy among those who develop DM, and to determine whether CGM can provide insight into the pathophysiology and DM subtype among participants who have experienced an episode of acute pancreatitis (AP). Thus, the results of the DREAM-ON study could inform future clinical practice guidelines for the management AP as well as potentially extending the licensing authorization for CGM to include use in patients with pancreatogenic (Type 3c) DM. The goal of this study is to find the most effective and efficient version of the THRIVE app. The THRIVE app is the first app-based preventative intervention that has been found to reduce alcohol misuse and posttraumatic stress in people who have recently experienced sexual assault. In this trial, participants are randomly assigned to receive different versions of the THRIVE app to compare their impact. The THRIVE app is currently only available to participants in this study. This clinical trial evaluates the use of self-collected vaginal samples for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing in patients referred for a colposcopy and/or cervical excisional procedures to improve cervical cancer prevention. HPV is a common virus which usually causes infections that last only a few months, but sometimes can last longer. It is known to cause a variety of cancers including cancer of the cervix. Even though there are ways to detect cervical cancer early, many individuals do not undergo screening that involves pelvic exams. Over half of all new cervical cancer cases are among those who have either never been screened or who are not screened enough. Without appropriate screening and care, preventable pre-cancers may turn into cancer. A new way to detect cervical cancer is to have individuals collect their own vaginal sample for HPV testing to know their risk for cervical cancer. This may give individuals more flexibility and comfort having the ability to collect samples themselves, compared to a doctor performing a speculum examination and collecting the samples in a clinic. This study compares clinical accuracy of HPV testing on self-collected vaginal samples versus cervical samples collected by clinician. The Self-collection for HPV Testing to Improve Cervical Cancer Prevention (SHIP) Trial is part of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)'s Cervical Cancer 'Last Mile' Initiative, a public private partnership that seeks to increase access to cervical cancer screening. The SHIP Trial focuses on developing clinical evidence to inform the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s regulatory reviews of self-collection approaches as alternative sample collection approaches for cervical cancer screening. Several industry partner-specific self-collection device and assay combinations will be non-competitively and independently evaluated with a similar study design framework to inform pre-approval and/or post-approval regulatory requirements. Our Specific Aims are: 1. At the individual level, to compare within-person change in BP and secondary outcomes between the intervention and control groups. 2. At the family level, to evaluate ENACTS' effects on BP and secondary outcomes as within-person change in family members who provide primary support, and as mean change in other adult family members who are not directly engaged in the intervention. 3. At the policy level, to evaluate the intervention's ability to influence grocery store policy on clearly identifying foods that are low in sodium or high in potassium, some of which might not be easily identified with existing labels (e.g., fresh produce). ENACTS combines empirically supported elements of existing programs, thus increasing its probability of success. It aligns with the American Heart Association's call for multilevel prevention. This is a phase 3, open label, single arm study of padeliporfin in the treatment of Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (UTUC). The ENLIGHTED study will recruit patients with low-grade non-invasive upper tract urothelial carcinoma in either the kidney or the ureter. This is a global, multicenter, 2-part study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of selinexor plus ruxolitinib in JAK inhibitor (JAKi) treatment-naïve myelofibrosis (MF) participants. The study will be conducted in two phases: Phase 1 (open-label) and Phase 3 (double-blind). Phase 1 (enrollment completed) was an open-label evaluation of the safety and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of selinexor in combination with ruxolitinib and included a dose escalation using a standard 3+3 design (Phase 1a) and a dose expansion part (Phase 1b).
