The aims of this study are to 1) explore the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) applied at two different pressures compared to sham treatment in relieving signs and symptoms (both physical and psychological) of opioid withdrawal in human subjects associated with methadone dose reductions; and 2): explore whether HBOT can increase the odds of successful methadone dose reduction in patients who are interested in tapering their opioid dose. The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of two study medicines (maplirpacept \[PF-07901801\] and glofitamab) when given together for the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that is relapsed or is refractory. Relapsed means has returned after last treatment. Refractory means that it has not responded to last treatment. The two study medicines are given after a single dose of obinutuzumab which is the third study medicine. DLBCL is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). NHL is a cancer of the lymphatic system. It develops when the body makes abnormal B lymphocytes. These lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell that normally help to fight infections. This study is seeking adult participants who: * Have histologically confirmed diagnosis of DLBCL * Have received at least two first lines of treatment for NHL. * Are unable or unwilling to undergo a stem cell transplant or CAR-T cell therapy. Stem cell transplant is a procedure in which a patient receives healthy blood-forming cells to replace their own stem cells that have been destroyed by treatment. A CAR-T therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. Everyone in this study will receive all three medicines at the study site by intravenous (IV) infusion which is given directly into a vein. The two study medicines (maplirpacept \[PF-07901801\] and glofitamab) will be given in 21-day cycles. At Cycle 0, participants will receive a single dose of obinutuzumab pre-treatment followed by two step-up doses of glofitamab. The combination of maplirpacept (PF-07901801) with glofitamab full dose will be administered for the first time at Cycle 1 Day 1. Maplirpacept (PF-07901801) will be given weekly for the first three cycles and then every three weeks. Glofitamab will be given every 3 weeks for approximately 9 months. Thereafter participants will continue to receive maplirpacept alone. Maplirpacept (PF-07901801) will be given at different doses to different participants. Everyone taking part will receive the same fixed doses of glofitamab and obinutuzumab studied in patients with DLBCL. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving different doses of maplirpacept (PF-07901801). This will help to determine what dose is safe and effective when given with the other 2 study medicines. Read Less

The goal of this pilot study is to evaluate the impact of All4Cure enrollment on patients with multiple myeloma. The main question it aims to answer are: • Does All4Cure effect patient activation as assessed by the PAM-13 survey? Participants will be asked to: * fill out quarterly PAM-13 surveys through the All4Cure website to assess patient activation. * fill out monthly Patient Reported Outcome (PRO) surveys through the All4Cure website. * fill out a baseline and exit All4Cure surveys through the All4Cure website to assess patient perceptions of All4Cure at the beginning and the end of the study. Despite strong consensus that early, specialized intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) can have a dramatic impact on outcomes, the public health system's capacity to provide such services is severely challenged by the rapid rise in ASD prevalence. The goal of this research project is to increase timely and equitable access to ASD-specialized early intervention during the critical first three years of life by capitalizing on the existing infrastructure of the Part C Early Intervention (EI) system, which is publicly funded and available in all states in the United States. This project will train EI providers to use an evidence-based, parent-mediated intervention that can improve child and family outcomes as well as mitigate the long-term substantial economic costs associated with ASD. Our intent is to establish the International Registry to Improve Outcomes in Men with Advanced Prostate Cancer (IRONMAN) as a prospective, international cohort of minimum 5,000 men with advanced cancer, including men with mHSPC and M0/M1 CRPC. The goal is to establish a population-based registry and recruit patients across academic and community practices from Australia, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya, Nigeria, Norway, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States (US). Target accrual number and number of participating sites are subject to change based on accrual, funding, and interest in participation by other international sites. This cohort study will facilitate a better understanding of the variation in care and treatment of advanced prostate cancer across countries and across academia and community based practices. Detailed data will be collected from patients at study enrollment and then during follow-up, for a minimum of five years. Patients will be followed prospectively for overall survival, clinically significant adverse events, comorbidities, changes in cancer treatments, and PROMs. PROMs questionnaires will be collected at enrollment and every three months thereafter. Physician Questionnaires will be collected from all participating sites at patient enrollment, time of first change in treatment and/or one year follow-up, at each subsequent change of treatment, and discontinuation of treatment. As such, this registry will help identify the treatment sequences or combinations that optimize overall survival and PROMs for men with mHSPC and M0/M1 CRPC. By collecting blood at enrollment, time of first change in treatment and/or one year follow-up (plasma, cell free DNA, buffy coat / RNA), this registry will further identify and validate molecular phenotypes of disease that predict response and resistance to specific therapeutics. Additionally, every effort will be made to collect blood specimen at each subsequent change in treatment due to progression of disease. When feasible, existing tumor tissue may be collected for correlation with described blood based studies. All samples will be used for future research. This cohort study will provide the research community with a unique biorepository to identify biomarkers of treatment response and resistance. Read Less

This is a Phase 1b, open-label, multicenter, safety, tolerability and efficacy study of HC-7366 in combination with belzutifan (WELIREG™). This is a multipart study that consists of a HC-7366 monotherapy cohort, a combination dose escalation, and a combination dose expansion. Approximately 80 patients will be enrolled in this study (up to 20 patients will be enrolled into the HC-7366 monotherapy cohort, up to 30 patients into the combination dose escalation, and up to 30 patients into the combination dose expansion). The primary purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of HC-7366 in combination with belzutifan in patients with locally advanced (inoperable) or metastatic RCC with predominantly clear cell histology, irrespective of VHL gene mutation status. This clinical trial evaluates the feasibility and acceptability of acupressure to the ear (auricular) to address appetite and weight in patients with stage II-IV gastric, esophageal, or pancreatic cancer. Cancer anorexia, the abnormal loss of appetite, directly leads to cancer-associated weight loss (cachexia) through malnourishment, reduced caloric intake, treatment side-effects, and other modifiable risk factors. Cachexia prolongs length of hospital stay for patients, negatively impacts treatment tolerance and adherence, and reduces overall patient quality of life. Auricular acupressure is a form of micro-acupuncture that exerts its effect by stimulating the central nervous system using adhesive taped pellets applied to specific locations on the external ear. The use of these pellets to deliver auricular acupressure has been shown to improve pain, fatigue, insomnia, nausea and vomiting, depression, and quality of life in both cancer and non-cancer settings. Auricular acupressure is a safe, inexpensive, and non-invasive approach to addressing cancer-related symptoms and treatment side-effects and may be effective at improving appetite and weight loss in stage II-IV gastric, esophageal, and pancreatic cancer patients. This program helps users prepare comprehensively for end-of-life (e.g., medical wishes, legal estate planning, financial planning and transfer of accounts, legacy building, and emotional support). It is expected that this web-based end-of-life planning program may reduce distress and improve end-of-life preparation among advanced cancer patients. Read Less

Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. The ICGG Gaucher Registry is an ongoing, international multi-center, strictly observational program that tracks the routine clinical outcomes for patients with Gaucher disease, irrespective of treatment status. No experimental intervention is involved; patients in the Registry undergo clinical assessments and receive care as determined by the patient's treating physician. The objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance understanding of the variability, progression, identification, and natural history of Gaucher disease, with the ultimate goal of better guiding and assessing therapeutic intervention. * To assist the Gaucher medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients, and to provide reports on patient outcomes, to optimize patient care. * To characterize the Gaucher disease population. * To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of imiglucerase and of eliglustat. Gaucher Pregnancy Sub-registry: The primary objective of this Sub-registry is to track pregnancy outcomes, including complications and infant growth, in all women with Gaucher disease during pregnancy, regardless of whether they receive disease-specific therapy. No experimental intervention is given; thus a patient will undergo clinical assessments and receive standard of care treatment as determined by the patient's physician.If a patient consents to this Sub-registry, information about the patient's medical and obstetric history, pregnancy, and birth will be collected, and, if a patient consents to data collection for her infant, data on infant growth through month 36 postpartum will be collected.
