Chronic Subdural Hematoma Treatment With Embolization Versus Surgery Study
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to test in moderately symptomatic chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) patients if middle meningeal artery embolization (MMAE) can be used as an alternative to conventional open surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Compared to open conventional surgery, does MMAE reduce the need for rescue surgery or deaths? * What is the safety of MMAE and conventional open surgery in these patients? Participants will be asked to: * Share their medical history a... Read More

A Study of Disitamab Vedotin Alone or With Pembrolizumab in Urothelial Cancer That Expresses HER2
Recruiting
This study is being done to see if a drug called disitamab vedotin, alone or with pembrolizumab, works to treat HER2 expressing urothelial cancer. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. Participants will have cancer that has spread in the body near where it started (locally advanced) and cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). It will also study what side effects happen when participants get the drug. A side effect is anything a drug does... Read More

Addressing Barriers to Care for Substance Use Disorder Trial
Recruiting
The Addressing Barriers to Care for Substance Use Disorder Trial (ABC-SUD) is a cluster-randomized crossover trial, with clinicians (care coordinators) as the unit of randomization. This study will be conducted in a mental health access center within the Washington region of Kaiser Permanente. As part of usual care, patients contact the mental health access center and speak to a care coordinator to obtain an appointment with or contact information for potential venues to obtain treatment for su... BeCoMe-9: a Clinical Study of BE-101 for the Treatment of Adults with Moderately Severe or Severe Hemophilia B
Recruiting
The BeCoMe-9 Study (BE-101-01) is a Phase 1/2, first in human, multi-center, open-label, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of a single intravenous (IV) dose of BE-101 in adults with moderately severe or severe Hemophilia B. Once infused, BE-101 is designed to engraft and continuously secrete FIX into the circulation to restore clinically meaningful levels of active FIX. BE-101 is an autologous (person's own cells) B Cell Medicine (BCM) which uses CRISPR/Cas9 gene... Read More
