Evaluation of a Clinical Diagnostic Test for CRDS
Recruiting
Calcium Release Deficiency Syndrome (CRDS) is a novel inherited arrhythmia syndrome secondary to RyR2 loss-of-function that confers a risk of sudden cardiac death. Diagnosis of CRDS presently requires cellular-based in vitro confirmation that an RyR2 variant causes loss-of-function. We hypothesize that CRDS can be diagnosed clinically through evaluation of the repolarization response to brief tachycardia, mediated by cardiac pacing, and a subsequent pause.

Study of Tilpisertib Fosmecarbil in Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to learn if tilpisertib fosmecarbil (formerly known as GS-5290) is effective and safe in treating participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The study will compare participants in different treatment groups treated with tilpisertib fosmecarbil with participants treated with placebo. The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of tilpisertib fosmecarbil, compared to placebo control, in achieving Clinical Response at Week 12.

Hand and Arm Motor Recovery Via Non-invasive Electrical Spinal Cord Stimulation After Stroke
Recruiting
The recovery from a stroke is often incomplete. It is the leading cause of acquired permanent disability in the adult population. Persistent functional loss of the hand and arm contributes significantly to disability. However, the current standard of care to treat hand and arm movements are inadequate. There is an urgent need for innovative and effective therapies for recovery of the upper limb after stroke. Growing evidence shows that electrical spinal cord stimulation, combined with activity-... ONC201 in H3 K27M-mutant Diffuse Glioma Following Radiotherapy (the ACTION Study)
Recruiting
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, international, Phase 3 study in patients with newly diagnosed H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma to assess whether treatment with ONC201 following frontline radiotherapy will extend overall survival and progression-free survival in this population. Eligible participants will have histologically diagnosed H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma and have completed standard frontline radiotherapy.

PTSD Mobile App for Cancer Survivors
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to use a stepped-care approach in treating symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The information learned by doing this study may help us to develop some target treatments for PTSD symptoms in survivors of stem cell transplant. Participants in this study will be randomized to a mobile app or usual care. An assessment will be made after 4 weeks and a determination made of adding more intensive treatment. Participants will be asked to complete a questionnai... Read More

211^At-BC8-B10 Before Donor Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With High-Risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, or Mixed-Phenotype Acute Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of 211\^astatine(At)-BC8-B10 before donor stem cell transplant in treating patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or mixed-phenotype acute leukemia. Radioactive substances, such as astatine-211, linked to monoclonal antibodies, such as BC8, can bind to cancer cells and give off radiation which may help kill cancer cells and have less of an effect on healthy cells before d...
