This phase I trial studies the best dose of total body irradiation when given with cladribine, cytarabine, filgrastim, and mitoxantrone (CLAG-M) or idarubicin, fludarabine, cytarabine and filgrastim (FLAG-Ida) chemotherapy reduced-intensity conditioning regimen before stem cell transplant in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Giving chemotherapy and total body irradiation before a donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant helps kill cancer cells in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into a patient, they may help the patient's bone marrow make more healthy cells and platelets and may help destroy any remaining cancer cells. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can attack the body's normal cells called graft versus host disease. Giving cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, and mycophenolate mofetil after the transplant may stop this from happening. Read Less

The primary purpose of this registry is to obtain real-world clinical experience of Paroxysmal (PAF) and Persistent (PsAF) Atrial Fibrillation ablation radiofrequency (RF) technologies. Data from the registry will be used to assess clinical outcomes, including procedural efficiency, safety, and long-term, effectiveness of catheter ablation with novel RF technologies in PAF and PsAF patients. Bipolar disorder is a severe chronic mood disorder that affects up to 4% of the adult population in the United States. This study will assess how safe and effective ABBV-932 is in treating participants with bipolar I or II disorder. ABBV-932 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of depressive episodes in adult participants with bipolar I or II disorder. Study doctors put participants in 1 of 4 groups, called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 4 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Around 160 adult participants with bipolar I or II disorder will be enrolled in approximately 40 sites worldwide. Participants will receive oral capsules of ABBV-932 or matching placebo once daily for 6 weeks. The treatment period will be followed by a safety follow-up (SFU) period for 4 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular weekly visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This clinical trial evaluates the impact of a plant-based whole-foods delivery service on the microbiome in patients with multiple myeloma undergoing an autologous hematopoietic cell transplant. An autologous hematopoietic cell transplant is a procedure in which blood-forming stem cells (cells from which all blood cells develop) are removed, stored, and later given back to the same person. Loss of microbial diversity within the intestinal tract has been associated with poor outcomes for patients receiving autologous stem cell transplantation. A plant-based whole meal delivery service may increase the intake of foods high in fiber and nutrients therefore improve microbial health during the peri-transplant period. Lung transplant is an option for treating end-stage lung disease in cystic fibrosis (CF). In the United States, more people with CF and low lung function die each year than undergo lung transplant. More than half of people with CF who die without a lung transplant were never referred for consideration. Patient preference not to undergo lung transplant may account for 25-40% of decisions to defer referral. Rates of death without transplant are higher for people with CF who are members of marginalized communities, including those with Black race, Hispanic ethnicity, or low socioeconomic status. Increasing awareness of lung transplant among people with CF, and promoting understanding of the risks and benefits of transplant, can potentially reduce the number of people with CF who die without a lung transplant. The CF Foundation (CFF) lung transplant referral guidelines were developed to optimize the timing of referral for lung transplant. These guidelines recommend annual conversations with people with CF once their forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) is \<50% predicted. Considering lung transplant as a treatment option before it is medically needed will allow more time to learn about lung transplant and address any barriers to lung transplant that may exist. Investigators are interested in understanding how people with CF use lung transplant educational resources and how one prepares for having discussions and/or making decisions about lung transplant as a treatment option for advanced CF. The purpose of this study is to test whether a research website improves patient preparedness for discussions about lung transplant. Investigators also aim to understand whether there are unique factors that affect people with CF from communities with decreased access to transplant ("communities of concern"). Study involvement will span 6 months and study activities will involve the following: * Four Zoom research sessions (15-30 minutes each) * Survey assessments * Access to a research website that contains educational resources about lung transplant * Audio recording of a routine CF clinic visit to determine if and how lung transplant is discussed between a participant and his/her/their CF doctor Read Less

Investigators will conduct a two-group randomized waitlist-control trial to assess the efficacy of the Wakaya: Rising Up for Choctaw Youth Health program on improving physical activity, reducing sedentary behaviors and improving healthful eating habits as well as delaying or reducing alcohol, tobacco and other drug use. Wakaya is an experiential, outdoor, nature-based program grounded in Choctaw values. It is a multi-level intervention that increases individual motivation and leadership skills to make healthy behavioral choices for behavior and exercise. Read Less

This is a multicenter longitudinal study that aims to validate a set of measures that were previously identified as promising candidate biomarkers and/or sensitive and reliable objective measures of social function in ASD for potential use in clinical trials. The confirmation study will repeat the data collection and analysis protocols from the original ABC-CT study. This confirmation study will recruit 200 ASD and 200 TD comparison participants who are 6-11 years old, matching the overall sample size but providing a larger normative reference sample and greater statistical power for group comparisons. Vitrectomy to remove an epiretinal membrane (ERM) is one of the most common procedures performed by retinal surgeons. Patients who present with significant macular changes on optical coherence tomography (OCT) but relatively good vision are often advised to defer surgery until vision declines to 20/40 or worse. However, it is unknown if delaying surgery, which allows the foveal architecture to remain compromised and potentially to deteriorate, results in worse visual acuity outcomes than if surgery is performed earlier. In addition, there is a need to better understand predictors of outcomes when surgery is performed and predictors of progression when surgery is deferred. Finally, one of the most common presenting symptoms from an ERM is distortion or metamorphopsia. There are several objective measures of metamorphopsia but none have ever been employed to evaluate ERMs in a randomized clinical trial (RCT) and their usefulness is unknown. The purposes of this study are to better understand the optimal timing of surgery to produce the best visual result, to better understand predictors of outcomes in those who undergo surgery and predictors of progression in those whose are observed, and to better characterize and evaluate the usefulness of metamorphopsia and reading speed measures. This investigation is designed to evaluate the performance rate of two polyurethane male condoms with different sizes and thicknesses versus a standard natural rubber latex (NRL) male condom. The purpose of this study is to see how well the experimental condoms perform compared to the latex rubber condom (for example, how often the different condom types break or slip off the penis). Sponsor also wants to find out how well couples like using the three condom types and whether they experience any problems when using the condoms (for example, irritation or discomfort). Read Less

The goal of this study is to perform genetic sequencing on brain tumors from children, adolescents, and young adult patients who have been newly diagnosed with a high-grade glioma. This molecular profiling will decide if patients are eligible to participate in a subsequent treatment-based clinical trial based on the genetic alterations identified in their tumor. Read Less
