The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine ritlecitinib for the possible treatment of nonsegmental vitiligo. Vitiligo causes white patches on your skin when the cells that give your skin color are destroyed. Nonsegmental means that it can affect both sides of the body such as both knees and both hands. Ritlecitinib has been tested in earlier clinical studies and has a favorable safety profile. At present there are no approved medications taken by mouth to treat nonsegmental vitiligo. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 18 years of age or older. * are confirmed to have nonsegmental vitiligo for at least 3 months. * Are willing to stop all other treatments that they may be taking for vitiligo. In this study participants will be chosen by chance, like drawing names out of a hat to receive 1 of 3 treatments: •Part I where two different amounts of ritlecitinib (50 mg and 100 mg) are taken once daily. It will be compared to placebo. Placebo is a dummy capsule. It doesn't have any medicine used in the study. Participants receiving placebo who have not responded to treatment after 52 weeks will be given 100 milligrams or 50 milligrams of ritlecitinib for the remaining 52 weeks of the study. • In Part II, participants will only receive 100 milligrams of ritlecitinib. About 1000 participants will take part in Part I and around 450 in Part II globally. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving ritlecitinib to those of the people who do not. This will help see if ritlecitinib is safe and effective. People in Part I will be in this study for about 26 months and people in Part II will be in this study for about 14 months. During the study, participants in part I will need to visit the study site at least 17 times. In part II, participants will visit at least 11 times. Participants will undergo various tests and procedures such as: * vitiligo rating, * physical examinations, * hearing tests, * blood tests, * x-ray, * ECG, * photographs of areas with vitiligo. This clinical trial studies the effect of short-term (acute) and long-term (chronic) exercise on immune characteristics and function (phenotype) of patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Most newly-diagnosed CLL patients have early-stage disease at the time of diagnosis and do not require treatment. Despite not needing therapy, these patients have significant immune dysfunction. This may lead to an increased risk of serious infections requiring hospitalization and an increased risk of secondary non-blood-based (hematologic) cancers. Increasing CLL patients overall physical fitness levels, through exercise during the observation stage, may provide a realistic approach means to increase survival, decrease treatment-related side effects, and improve immune function. Information learned from this study may help researchers determine whether a particular exercise regimen can be used to strengthen the immune system of indolent NHL and CLL patients, delay time to disease progression, assess the need for treatment, and assess infection rates. Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) is a rare disorder of increased bone fragility characterized by fractures with minimal or absent trauma, dentinogenesis imperfecta (DI), and, in adult years, hearing loss. It is seen in both genders and all races. The clinical features of OI represent a continuum varying from perinatal lethality to individuals with severe skeletal deformities, mobility impairments, and very short stature to nearly asymptomatic individuals with a mild predisposition to fractures, normal stature, and normal lifespan. Fractures can occur in any bone, but are most common in the extremities. These disorders can be devastating and progressive and result in deformity, chronic pain, impaired function and loss of quality of life. The overall goal of this study is to answer specific question about the natural history of brittle bone diseases as defined by molecular etiology and to develop the foundation for prospective clinical studies. This study is referred to as the "umbrella master protocol" for pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This pembrolizumab NSCLC umbrella master protocol uses a platform design and consists of this master screening study and seven substudies. Each substudy will enroll a different population of NSCLC participants. The goal of this umbrella master protocol is to screen potential participants with NSCLC for enrollment into 1 of 7 substudies. Participants must first enroll in this pembrolizumab master protocol study and undergo screening for NSCLC that will be used to assign them to participation in 1 of 7 pembrolizumab substudies. Higher education is crucial for young adults in their intake of knowledge and skills to further their careers and reach their potentials. However, going through college is not necessarily an easy path. The purpose of this study is to enhance university students' well-being and educational experience by examining factors associated with stress and well-being. The investigator plans to recruit eighty participants from a large public university in the US to provide survey data and saliva samples at two waves during the data collection semester (beginning and end of the semester). Survey data will include demographic information and help gauge psychosocial factors related to stress and well-being. Saliva will be tested for two biomarkers each wave of data collection, cortisol (sampling three times a day for diurnal patterns for two consecutive days) and c-reactive protein, which indicate physiological stress/immune responses. Additionally, participants be randomly assigned to an intervention (n = 40) or control group (n = 40), where the intervention group will undertake a brief intervention focused on motivation and emotion regulation circa mid-semester and the control group will receive a placebo goal-setting short training. The investigator aims to examine whether intervention efforts can enhance end-of-semester psychological and physiological well-being, and particularly, whether students from diverse backgrounds (e.g., first-generation, low-income, and/or BIPOC) can benefit from the intervention. The investigator will use advanced quantitative data analysis (using Mplus v.8, in a structural equation modeling framework) to examine intervention efficacy and group differences. The investigator hypothesizes that those receiving the intervention will display a healthier profile at the end of the semester compared to their control group counterparts; and the investigator hypothesize students from diverse backgrounds will have significantly improved results from the intervention. The study will allow a better understanding to crucial steps towards exploring how to improve the well-being, higher-education pipeline, and retention of students with diverse backgrounds, providing insight on how each student's university experience can be improved.
