The goal of this clinical trial is to learn adjusting daily or nightly routines improves executive functioning in youth with ADHD. It will also learn about the acceptability of the intervention. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does the intervention improve sleep for youth with ADHD? 2. Does the intervention improve areas of executive functioning for youth with ADHD? 3. Is this an acceptable intervention for youth with ADHD? Researchers will compare the two intervention conditions to see if their are impacts in executive functioning and sleep. Participants will: Complete cognitive testing, executive function tasks, questionnaires, and an interview at baseline and at one month Wear an actigraph watch for one month Bring a parent with them to three meetings Complete daily sleep diaries for one month Read Less

The objective is to conduct an early-stage clinical trial in order to provide data required to support a future clinical trial to demonstrate the effectiveness of a culturally acceptable treatment program to increase exercise and regular physical activity among Hispanics with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Hispanic patients with knee OA paired with a chosen family member/close friend will be recruited for study participation. A pilot randomized controlled trial will be conducted. Study pairs will be randomized to receive either: 1) an intervention that will be administered by live video consultations and will include educational sessions about OA, a muscle strengthening program, and a program that will aim to promote regular physical activity involving study pairs; or 2) a control treatment that only includes live video educational sessions about OA. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: * are 18 years of age or more. * Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. * Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. * Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. All participants in the study will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (20 months). The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the clinical response to a drug combination type of polypill in patients with AD after 180 days of treatment. The anticipated study population are males and females aged 50-85 years with mild to severe Alzheimer's Disease. The duration of individual patient participation will be approximately 224 Days: up to 14 days for Screening, 180 days for study drug administration, and a final follow-up visit at 210 days. This is a Phase 1b, open-label, multicenter, safety, tolerability and efficacy study of HC-7366 in combination with belzutifan (WELIREG™). This is a multipart study that consists of a HC-7366 monotherapy cohort, a combination dose escalation, and a combination dose expansion. Approximately 80 patients will be enrolled in this study (up to 20 patients will be enrolled into the HC-7366 monotherapy cohort, up to 30 patients into the combination dose escalation, and up to 30 patients into the combination dose expansion). The primary purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of HC-7366 in combination with belzutifan in patients with locally advanced (inoperable) or metastatic RCC with predominantly clear cell histology, irrespective of VHL gene mutation status. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of selinexor and carfilzomib when given together with dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has returned or does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as selinexor and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Carfilzomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving selinexor, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone may be a better treatment for multiple myeloma. Read Less
