Hidradenitis Suppurativa Study of Izokibep
Recruiting
Izokibep is a small protein molecule that acts as a selective, potent inhibitor of interleukin 17A, to which it binds with high affinity. This study investigates izokibep in subjects with active Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), including tumor necrosis factor-alpha inhibitor (TNFi) naïve subjects, and those who had an inadequate response or intolerance to TNFi, or for whom TNFi is contraindicated.

Program to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity of Oral Upadacitinib in Adult Participants With Moderate to Severe Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Recruiting
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an immune-mediated disease associated with inflammation of multiple organ systems. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating adult participants with moderately to severely active SLE. Adverse events and change in the disease activity will be assessed.
Upadacitinib is an approved drug for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondylarthritis and is being developed for the treatment of SLE. This study is "double... Read More

An Open-label Study of Povetacicept (ALPN-303) in Autoimmune Kidney Diseases
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical study is to evaluate multiple dose levels of povetacicept (ALPN-303) in adults with immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy, membranous nephropathy, or lupus-related kidney disease (lupus nephritis) to determine if povetacicept is safe and potentially beneficial in treating these diseases.
During the study treatment period, participants will receive povetacicept approximately every 4 weeks for 6 months, with the possibility of participating in a 6-month study treatment exte... Read More

A Study to Compare Standard Therapy to Treat Hodgkin Lymphoma to the Use of Two Drugs, Brentuximab Vedotin and Nivolumab
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of adding immunotherapy (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) to standard treatment (chemotherapy with or without radiation) to the standard treatment alone in improving survival in patients with stage I and II classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is made of a monoclonal antibody called brentuximab that is linked to a cytotoxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 posi... Read More

Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative 4
Recruiting
Since its launch in 2004, the overarching aim of the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Study has been to validate biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease (AD) clinical trials. ADNI4 continues the previously funded ADNI1, ADNI-GO, ADNI2, and ADNI3 studies that have combined public/private collaborations between academia and industry to determine the relationships between the clinical, cognitive, imaging, genetic and biochemical biomarker characteristics of the entire spectrum of AD.

A Study to Assess if BIIB080 Can Change Clinical Dementia Rating-Sum of Boxes Scores, and BIIB080 Safety and Tolerability When Injected Into the Cerebrospinal Fluid of Participants With Mild Cognitive Impairment Due to Alzheimer's Disease (AD) or Mild AD Dementia Between 50 to 80 Years of Age
Recruiting
In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called BIIB080. The study will focus on participants with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia due to AD.
The main question researchers are trying to answer is if BIIB080 can slow the worsening of AD more than placebo. It will focus on what dose of BIIB080 slows worsening of AD the most.
To help answer this question, researchers will use the Clinical Dementia Rating-Sum of Boxes, also known as the CDR-SB.
