JAGUAR Trial: ObJective Analysis to GaUge EVAR Outcomes Through Randomization
Recruiting
Prospective, randomized, multi-center study designed to evaluate the outcomes of commercially available contemporary EVAR in a real-world population. Patients will be randomized into two device cohorts and compared across the primary endpoints.
Patients will be followed procedurally to discharge, at 1, 6, 12 months and annually through to 5 years (total follow-up commitment).

A Study to Assess the Effectiveness and Safety of Pacritinib in Patients With VEXAS Syndrome (PAXIS)

This study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of pacritinib in patients with VEXAS (i.e., Vacuoles in myeloid progenitors, E1 ubiquitin-activating enzyme, X-linked, autoinflammatory manifestations, and somatic) syndrome. 78 patients will be enrolled, randomized to either pacritinib dose A, pacritinib dose B + placebo, or placebo. A Trial to Test the Safety and Efficacy of TEV-53408 in Treating Vitiligo

The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate the safety of TEV-53408 administered subcutaneously for the treatment of adults with vitiligo.
A secondary objective is to further evaluate the safety of TEV-53408.
