In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will focus on participants who have active disease and are already taking standard of care medications. These may include antimalarials, steroids, and immunosuppressants. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the disease. The main question researchers want to answer is: - How many participants have an improvement in their symptoms after 52 weeks of treatment? Researchers will answer this and other questions by measuring the symptoms of SLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the SLE Responder Index (SRI), the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index-2000 (SLEDAI-2K), and the Patient Global Assessment - Visual Analog Scale (PGA-VAS). Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and SLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either a high or low dose of litifilimab, or placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * All participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. The treatment period will last 52 weeks. Participants will continue to take their standard of care medications. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * There will be a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 24 weeks. * In total, participants will have up to 22 study visits. The current study will test whether age-related cognitive and mood changes in older adults and those will be affected by near infrared (NIR) stimulation. The overall hypothesis, drawn from previous literature, is that exposure to NIR stimulation will have positive effects on brain health and will result in better cognitive and mood performance. This study is a prospective randomized placebo-controlled phase 2 study to compare CYP-001 plus corticosteroids (CS) to placebo plus CS in allogeneic hematologic stem cell transplant recipients with HR-aGvHD. Severity of GvHD will be assessed at screening and throughout the study using Mount Sinai Acute GvHD International Consortium (MAGIC) guidelines. Eligible subjects will be randomized to receive either CYP-001 IV infusion on Days 0 and 4 or placebo on the same days. All subjects will receive ongoing CS therapy as appropriate per institutional guidelines. Subjects will have study visits up to Day 100 during the Primary Evaluation Period. The goal of this platform clinical trial is to test how well novel treatment combinations work in participants with lung cancer. Substudy-01 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not been treated before. Substudy-02 will compare the different novel combination versus standard of care in participants with cancer that has progressed after receiving previous treatment for metastatic NSCLC. Substudy-03 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with resectable stage II-III NSCLC. This is a multi-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib alone or in combination with ibrutinib in adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. This trial will be completed in four parts. In Part A1, emavusertib will be evaluated first in a dose escalating monotherapy setting to establish the safety and tolerability (complete). In Part A2, emavusertib will be evaluated in combination with ibrutinib at 560 milligrams (mg) once daily (QD) or 420 mg QD as indicated by disease (Part A2 complete). Part B will comprise 2 cohorts to assess safety and efficacy of emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) who have directly progressed on a bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi). In this part of the study, emavusertib will be dosed at 100 mg or 200 mg twice daily (BID) in combination with ibrutinib in 28-day treatment cycles. Part C will comprise 3 treatment arms in the second-line setting to assess the efficacy and safety of emavusertib monotherapy, ibrutinib monotherapy, and emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R PCNSL who are naïve to BTKi treatment. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the impacts of using a mobile health app, the Qoyangnuptu Intervention App (QI App) a Southwestern Tribal Community. The main questions it aims to answer are: In American Indian/Alaska Native communities with unique cultural characteristics, how should a youth-focused sociotechnical behavioral health intervention be designed to encourage sustained engagement and positively impact indicators of behavioral health?; How can interactive technical interventions be designed to best support sustained community engagement in a challenged network environment? Participants will: * Receive daily guidance and encouragement to use the app from an anonymous, trained peer mentor * Be able to ask their peer mentors questions in a monitored one-on-one chat in the QI app or in a monitored group chat in the QI app * Log their mood and stress level on the app once per day * Practice mindfulness skills as directed in the QI app, including guided breathing, meditation, drawing, coloring, and walking * Practice Hopi cultural activities like running using the QI app to help track progress towards team mileage goals Read Less
