This phase II trial evaluates apalutamide in combination with image-guided stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for the treatment of patients with prostate cancer. Prostate cancer usually needs the hormone testosterone to grow. Apalutamide is a hormone therapy that blocks the effect of testosterone on prostate tumor cells. This may help stop the growth of tumor cells that need testosterone to grow. Image-guided SBRT is a standard treatment for some types of prostate cancer. This treatment combines imaging of cancer within the body, with the delivery of therapeutic radiation doses produced on a linear accelerator machine. SBRT uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Combining apalutamide with image-guided SBRT may increase a prostate cancer patient's chances of achieving an extremely low prostate specific antigen response, which is an early predictor of disease cure. This study will have two phases: a sacituzumab tirumotecan safety run-in and a Phase 3 portion. The safety run-in phase will be used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sacituzumab tirumotecan at the dose for evaluation in the Phase 3 portion. The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of sacituzumab tirumotecan versus treatment of physician's choice as second-line treatment for participants with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer in the Phase 3 portion. The primary study hypotheses are that, in the Phase 3 portion, sacituzumab tirumotecan results in a superior overall survival compared to TPC in participants with high trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2) expression level and in all participants. HCC is a common cancer worldwide and a leading cause of cancer-related death. Lung cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in the world, and the leading cause of cancer deaths. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-324 is given to adult participants to treat hepatocellular cancer (HCC) or squamous-cell non-small cell lung cancer (LUSC). ABBV-324 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HCC and LUSC. Study doctors put the participants in groups called arms. Each arm receives ABBV-324 alone (monotherapy) or a comparator drug, lenvatinib followed by a safety follow-up period. Approximately 232 HCC or LUSC will be enrolled in the study in approximately 45 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of ABBV-324 until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will receive ABBV-324, or a comparator of oral lenvatinib. The study will run for a duration of approximately 6.5 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This study is researching an investigational drug, called BNT116, in combination with cemiplimab. BNT116 and cemiplimab will each be called a "study drug", and together be called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aims of this study are to see how safe and tolerable BNT116 is in combination with cemiplimab and to see how effective BNT116 in combination with cemiplimab is compared to cemiplimab by itself at treating cancer. This is a prospective, single center, double blind, randomized, crossover feasibility study of oral ketamine versus placebo for the treatment of anxiety in patients with pancreatic cancer currently receiving or within 12 weeks of receiving cancer targeted therapy. The primary objective is to determine the feasibility of enrolling subjects and treatment adherence. The secondary objectives are to describe the safety and tolerability.
