RBS2418 (investigational product) is a specific immune modulator, working through ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase I (ENPP1), designed to lead to anti-tumor immunity by increasing endogenous 2'-3'-cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate (cGAMP) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP levels) and reducing adenosine production in the tumors. RBS2418 has the potential to be an important therapeutic option for subjects both as monotherapy and in combination with other cancer treatments including monotherapy and in combination with other cancer treatments including immunotherapy or chemotherapy. This study is an open-label, multi-site Phase 1a/1b study of RBS2418, a selective ENPP1 inhibitor, in combination with pembrolizumab or other approved anticancer therapies or as a monotherapy in subjects with advanced unresectable, recurrent or metastatic tumors. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of abemaciclib in combination with 5-fluorouracil and how well it works in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and that has not responded to treatment (refractory). Abemaciclib, a type of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, blocks certain proteins, which may help keep tumor cells from growing. 5-fluorouracil, a type of antimetabolite, stops cells from making deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. Giving abemaciclib in combination with 5-fluorouracil may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating patients with metastatic and refractory colorectal cancer. Read Less

The Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS) will investigate the long-term effects of cancer and its associated therapies. A retrospective cohort study will be conducted through a multi-institutional collaboration, which will involve the identification and active follow-up of a cohort of approximately 50,000 survivors of cancer, diagnosed before 21 years of age, between 1970 and 1999 and 10,000 sibling controls. This project will study children and young adults exposed to specific therapeutic modalities, including radiation, chemotherapy, and/or surgery, who are at increased risk of late-occurring adverse health outcomes. This is phase 2 single arm study evaluating the safety and preliminary efficacy of M-CENK adoptive cell therapy and fixed dose of N-803 in combination with gemcitabine in participants with platinum-resistant high-grade ovarian cancer (HGOC).Up to 20 participants will receive M-CENK (IV) and N-803 (SC) in combination with gemcitabine (IV). Participants will undergo an apheresis procedure for the collection of mononuclear cells (MNCs) at least 1 day prior to Cycle 1 for manufacturing of M-CENK. Starting in Cycle 1, participants will receive gemcitabine and starting in Cycle 2 they will also receive M-CENK and N-803, until no additional M-CENK is available or confirmed PD per iRECIST, unless the participant is potentially deriving benefit per Investigator's assessment. The PROCEADE PanTumor study aims to investigate M9140 in multiple tumor types which express carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5) and it is therefore designed as a matrix study.
