This phase III trial compares the effect of adding cetuximab to pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone in treating patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) and/or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Cetuximab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It binds to a protein called EGFR, which is found on some types of tumor cells. This may help keep tumor cells from growing. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cetuximab and pembrolizumab together may be more effective at treating patients with recurrent and/or metastatic HNSCC than pembrolizumab alone. Read Less

BH-30643-01 is a Phase 1/2, first-in-human, open label, dose escalation and expansion study in patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and/or human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER2) mutations. The study drug, BH-30643 capsules, will be self-administered by mouth twice daily in 21-day cycles. Phase 1 will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and, if applicable, the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of BH-30643. This phase III trial compares the effects of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) with or without vesicopexy on urinary continence (a person's ability to control their bladder) and quality of life in patients with cancer of the prostate. RARP is the most adopted surgical approach for treatment of prostate cancer that has not spread to other places in the body (non-metastatic). Urinary incontinence (inability to control the bladder) is one of the most common complications of RARP, impacting patients' quality of life and psychological well-being. Different techniques have been proposed to improve urinary continence following RARP. Vesicopexy is one technique that restores the bladder to its normal position in the body after RARP. This study aims to evaluate whether RARP with vesicopexy may improve urinary continence and quality of life after surgery in prostate cancer patients. Read Less

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to determine if telisotuzumab vedotin works better than docetaxel and to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC who have previously been treated. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of Teliso-V or Docetax at an 1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin or IV infusion of docetaxel. Approximately 698 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in approximately 300 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin every 2 weeks or docetaxel every 3 weeks until meeting study drug discontinuation criteria. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, with poor survival prospects for metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab plus chemotherapy versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 4 treatment arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug) + chemotherapy, budigalimab +chemotherapy, or pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab +chemotherapy or placebo in combination with pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. Chemotherapy consists of IV Infused pemetrexed + IV infused cisplatin or IV infused or injected carboplatin. Approximately 840 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 200 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In cohort 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A)+ IV infused budigalimab, + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + IV Infused pemetrexed. In cohort 2, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose B) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In cohort 3, participants will receive budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by budigalimab + pemetrexed . In cohort 4, participants will receive IV Infused pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose optimized) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In arm 2, participants will receive IV Infused placebo + pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. The estimated study duration is 55 months. This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial evaluates the effectiveness of palbociclib and binimetinib in treating patients with RAS-mutated cancers. Palbociclib and binimetinib are both in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of abnormal proteins that signals cancer cells to multiply. This trial may help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can help improve the amount of time before the cancer grows in patients with patients with low grade serous ovarian cancer who have certain changes in the tumor DNA. This trial may also help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can help improve outcomes among patients with low grade serous ovarian cancer who have previously received a MEK inhibitor. For patients with other tumors, with the exception of lung cancer, colon cancer, melanoma and low grade serous ovarian cancers, this trial may help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can improve the clinical outcome of survival without progression in patients who have certain changes in their tumor's DNA.
